What kind of AHS contest would you enter?
 

Before our next AHS forum contest is announced I'd like to get an estimate of how many people would enter. This is a multiple choice poll. Please choose all the options you think you could participate in.

i;d really love to see some fan made ayu pv's id make one, put some huge parody in it ^^

Writing would be awesome... so would Karaoke and Remix.

It's easy for me to say photography or karaoke, since I love both, but I don't have a mic, a scanner, or a DC. *laughs* So I voted for writing since that's the next best thing I COULD do.

All those have been done except for writing contest. This is my suggestion:

1.) Every participants write an English lyric to one of Ayumi's song that is either pre-selected by the mods/staffs or thru votes, that way it would be easier to judge.

Writing is the only thing I could really do at the moment...so I vote for that. :)

Art/design as well, here. I love those contests. I'd enter a remix contest, next time, too. You shall all fear the noise-remix of Seasons.

remixes wud b cool to do :cool anyways, guess i cud try art/design, not sure tho.. i also clicked on others but i dunno for sure what it cud be, probably just nething coz im no good in any other things than the other two i just said lol

well..first, there's a thread that says u know, anyone who wants to join the contest can post in this thread, you ahve what, 48 hours? then from all those names that posted, maybe...25 or so are drawn randomly (like a lucky draw) and they are the the ones picked for this "survivorish type game"(or it can be on teams or osmething? eh). from there maybe have several mini-contests to slowly narrow it down. for example the first one could be to create a 100x100px logo for yourself/your team. those 20 are judged in a poll and the lowest 5 scoring ones are booted. then its down to the final 20. then there could be a trivia or something on who knows more about her. and then..a speech? haha or something even simpler. something like.."i'm thinking of a number between 1-100.." lol im not sure but finally when its the final 5 or whatever ther starts to be a lot more difficult challanges etc. and the final 4, final 2, done. i think it'd be cool cause in the threads u can make little images and mascots, etc. make it like "american idol" or something ..or "who's the last on ahs island?!" :P just thought that'd be fun. there doesnt need to be a prize or anything, maybe a different initiate title, lol. haha.

graphic design or writing. its the easiest way to enter a contest cause all of the tools are right here on the computer. i don't have a scanner nor anything else that might be useful to do the other things with...

haha, I'm actually making a fan-made pv...or rather, an ayu tribute, using random ayumi footage. A contest of that sort would be pretty cool :D Maybe have an amv/music video contest of some sort. I would enter that definately. Actually, I already have some amv's i could submit :rolleyes

Graphic Design. I got 2nd place last time. Maybe this time, Yvette won't enter, and I'll win. :yes

I'd like a karaoke one! They're so funny! But also we could make a contest of Ayumi translations, it means the best "singable" translation of Ayu songs! That would be nice.

heh i suck at all those things but i guess id give anything a try, id prolly be best at the art/graphic design.

anyways, back on topic. I voted writing since its one of my strong suits (though i can sing, i dont have a mic and i suck @ web design and drawing x.x)

Um ... graphic design. I surely wont win it, but graphic design.

Art/graphic design (pretty sure I can't match up well)
Photography (lost my regualr camera and don't have a digital camera}
Remix (don't have any music programs right now)
Other: I was hopin for a new forum skin people can compete in creating (I have the ideas but no knowledge of codes and know a little but of flash)

I sing, make graphics, and write really well, so go figure haha

I don't know if someone has already mentioned this, but I think we should have a kinda double contest--people write English lyrics that fit Ayu's songs (so you can sing the ENglish lyrics to the song), and then we have a Karaoke contest where people pick their favorite one and then sing it. Wouldn't that be cool?

YESSS!...change the lyrics of one ayumi's song (other lenguaje) no traduction... i mean other theme....and sing it

in this forum are people from many different countries... and speak different languages :

english, spanish, Portuguese, french, italian, german etc....

the english language for many people, like me...is just a obligatory way of communication... and not a maternal language.
you can including with you're karaoke mp3...a english traslation of your lyrics

I closed this poll now. There will another one when we start preparing for the next major AHS contest. There were many good suggestions but they may not be feasible if only a few people would enter. That's why we need to know this kind of data. Thanks again for voting.
