What would you say to that? :p Most singers in the states come out with em (J-lo, Britney Spears, Madona, Celine Dion, Paris Hilton, few others...)

i wouldn't like it at all tbh. I believe that if you put your name to something, you should have a hand in it's production etc... All these singers who release perfumes - J-Lo, Britney etc... have most likely never had a connection with the actual production itself, but once their moniker is slapped on it, they're laughing all the way to the bank.

I do not believe Ayu would stoop to the level of such a product.

bulmasman is right. i never really liked when an artist came out with a perfume. and it is weird how artists just "buy" the right to a certain smell, or owning a smell. i think it's strange when you think about.

i bet if it smelled really good, it would make lots of business for ayu.

I hope she won't release her own perfume. I wouldn't buy it.

I think it would've been a good idea a few years ago when she was more popular. She already has (had?) her own clothing line, so I don't see a problem with adding perfume in~. I hope it'd be a lovely fragrance

this is funny, i just read an article in new york times magazine last weekend about how the japanese really don't use perfume that much and how it dosen't sell much, at least in comparison to europe and the US. i still think it would be cool tho :)

I wouldn't buy a perfume even if someone I like was behind it unless it smelled good to me (I don't really wear perfume or body scents anyways). I find it quite amusing that some people are like, "No, because it'd be a marketing scam/she's a product/etc." Uhh, the fact is, that's also how the MTRLG line of clothing is being sold. If I'm not mistaken, MTRL did market its own perfume once upon a time. Anyways, it's always difficult to determine how much control a star has over things like that. Some actually have a lot of input, others just greenlight things (which is usually the case with clothing).

well knowing Ayu she'd choose the enitre design, packaging, scent etc. ^_^ more of a hands on than most other celebrities. I'd buy one for keepsakes lol even tho I'm a guy....

That is not her perfume, it's a perfume that she likes. That's why she's selling it at the MTRLG website. But I remember seeing a MTRL brand perfume before...

that's a really cool idea, I'd buy it deffinately, but depending on how it smells, I might not wear it. I only wear perfume that suits my personality, and our personalities are a bit different and I've already got myself my "perfect" perfume. But what a cool Ayu collectable!!
