The pose looks a little strange to me...like she should be holding a mic or something, but it doesn't look like it. What gets me is that if it's a birthday message for Ayu, why is it in the November issue? =P (Other than the fact that this comes out for October)

Thanks for the scans, it's neat to see Ayu's different images. This month's Popteen cover is probably one of my favorite out of all of them. Her 2003 covers don't appeal to me at all.. lol (2003 remains my least favorite Ayu year -.-)

Ohh, I love that new cover. Too bad they clutter the mag covers up so much in most Japanese magazines I've seen.. but at least the clutter on this one doesnt take away from the picture too much.

I'm aware that the quality is terrible... but if you look at it, it is a differant cover. Mine doesn't say in big letters "Ayu and Pop" on the front...

Maybe you bought a different version.. I think there's a Chinese version of Popteen or something similar. Not sure though.

Yah, judging by the words on the cover, lotusoka's cover is from the chinese version
