To clarify, Ayumi herself is not selling the jeans. It's the Best Jeanist people who are running this charity drive (the other auctions are signed jeans from past Best Jeanist winners). I wonder if they'll add more jeans for this event (if they had jeans from like SMAP or something, that'd be sure to sell for a lot as well)

It's only off by a bit, that isn't even the important part. Plus I use just use some random online converter. The important part is the rounded number anyways.

I used the slope to find the average increase a day (this includes that huge jump), and the price increased an average of 54,950.08 a day. With the bids fluctuating (or being cancelled), I think it would be prudent to wait for an official announcement of how much the jeans were sold for. Someone in an earlier post mentioned that it seemed like people were bidding higher just to push the price up (possibly without intent of actually paying).
