"ROCKIN' ON JAPAN Interview" Translation
I've just finished and uploaded the translation of the interview article. Though it was done about two years ago, I think it's the most important article to understand her. Especially as for her past, as far as I know, it was only twice she talked about it openly and closely, in this interview and in the radio program, "All Night Nippon." In other words, reading the two articles, foreign fans will get almost the same amount of informations about her past as Japanese fans. And I hope so. If you find any unnatural parts, please inform me.

I came across that translation a while ago. I didn't know who did it, though now I do :) Great work, masa.
I had heard much of the interview and seen quotes from it, though I had never actually read the whole thing. After reading it all, I came to appreciate Ayu even more. An excellent and very interesting interview. |
I've read through these articles.
I really love Ayu more now that I can understand her experiences. |
Just COOL!*____*

>But because of your articles, Ayu said she doesnt care about her father anymore. That's so. But in the radio program of "All Night Nippon", she said as below. "Well, Ayu doesn't know my father's face nor name, but is thinking in some part of my mind that it would be good if I can see him some day before I die." Which do you think is her true intention? |
I think she's confused about her father...
On a second note, Ayumi is Ayu's real name.. She said she didn't like her name when she was acting so she changed it to Kurumi.. |
