Official news-sites have stated that on the 25th of August, a Panasonic CM will be launched featuring Ayu's new song "JEWEL"

Agreed. I don't like ballads that much. Jewel sounds weird but it's probably going to be a love song about some one is like a jewel to her. Or maybe she has let money go to her head and she loves Jewels and decided to write a song to tell the world of this new love.

Could some one verify what a ballad is? I always assumed it was just a love song, but it's when a beat is softer right? <---yeah that's an old question but you have to help an old man out.

Haha, I agree. Allthough I really loved the Classical version of HoP. Pride was almost as bad as B&D to me though, and I really think it's one of her most boring and annoying ballads. =P

Endless Sorrow AOV is the only one I can think of right now.


I hope it will be remixes auited to the song. I absolutely adored the moments piano version, but HEAVEN's piano remi wasen't all that to me. I generally like the acoustic versions, but alterna was a total miss. I just hope they do a good job with whatever she includes.

Thanks for the news! JEWEL sounds very promising. A classic ballad with a beautiful string arrangement would be nice, or a crystalline, sparkly sounding song like Utada's Animato would be really interesting and fitting given the title. I can't wait to here the preview of the song in the CM!
