I think it's because the B&D performance was THE 'SPECTACLE' of the concert.

I mean, it kinda all 'built up' to it. :/

And I do understand that the alterna and possibly Born to Be.. outfits would've worked as well.. but perhaps it was decided like, before the concert started..

yea.. I think many people are going to LOVE the B&D performance.. like some people who saw the concert said: I don't like the song but this was awesome!

I always hated B&D, But I always loved the performance of B&D at CDL 05-06. It was the only performance I loved out of CDL. It was the best.

I was not a fan of the B&D outfit, but I like the cover more than last year's one :)

I have always said that B&D was one of those live performance ones... I LOVED the CDL05-06 performance... so I'm really excited about this one because if it is a big build up... then it should be awesome!

Although this was not my favourite costume, I think the cover's not too bad. I absolutely can't wait to get this DVD!! I wonder if I'll see myself in the crowd in the MC offshoot, LOL!! I was in first row afterall at Yoyogi Stadium! Maybe I'll see Immel, too!!!

I actually like the cover. Yes, the B&D outfit isn't the greatest, but I think the design of the cover is well done (compared to the ugly collages) and the fonts look good for once.

The cover is not too bad...atleast its better than my story tour and countdown 05-06. I kinda wish they would put born to be flower or alterna ball instead of this.l

God that outfit is nasty. Otherwise, the cover set-up itself is just fine.

DOME TOUR 2001. It was simple, stunning, and like, 'THIS IS AYU :D'~

I think they should've done a similar effect with AT06 with the Flowerbud or alterna ball..

Honestly I believe that it is an unwise decision that was made to use the photos for that performance..

But I think that B&D sort of shows how Ayu was.. really ambitious for the (m)u album and tour.. :)

I think this cover is really an improvement since 2002 to 2005.
The dvd covers from those times weren't as fresh. The best one from those years would probably be arena tour 2003~2004. This year really gives something new to look forward to.

It looks really low budget, the cover does. Just as the (m)u covers did. Maybe the theme of (m)u was "low-budgetness", lol...

I don't hate the concept of the cover. Though, it's the oufit that bugs me. The pink outfit would have been better. Or the encore outfit.

I think that the cover's not bad. It's quite nice actually. I just think that she needs to have a better conceptual kind of cover. E.g. Countdown 2000-2001, Dome Tour 2001, Stadium Tour 2002A, Arena Tour 2002A. I think the collages were rather cool, they were nice in fact. But I totally loathed the A Museum and Arena Tour 2004 covers. The reason behind being that they didn't encapsulate sufficiently the entire nature of the performance.

I think this one's fine, striking colours and pretty but I think from where I come from, people would be like "Ew, that's Ayumi?!" Seriously, I think the cover would kind of lack commercial appeal. The only reason as to why it's selling is because it's "Ayumi Hamasaki".

Well, at least the cover is really cute. I wasn't so sure the first time I looked at it but then I thought about it and I think it's one of her better ones. Sure, it's sort of showy and all but in a very cute, Ayu-esque, way. And that's awesome that it will be 3 DVDs again. That means plenty of bonus material :D

Thanks for the info! Pretty spiffy, I'm very excited for the DVD. Not too enthused by the cover, but it does represent the outlandishness of the tour well. Definitely prefer it over the cover of last year's tour, I thought the collage looked very unprofessional.

The more I look at the cover the more I like it. (At least it's not the Pride/rainy day outfit...) Most of the outfits weren't THAT great anyway. But what's more important is the content, so it could just be white with an "A" sign. Similar to BoAs. :P

Anyway.. woah.. $63 for that?.. I'd never pay that for DVDs.. OS version for me! ... It would actually suck to have to live in Japan and pay like twice as much for every music CD and DVD. They pay like at least $30 for an album (ever more for CD+DVD), and we can get ours at WalMart for like $12.

I wanted the Alterna outfit for the cover...my life is officially over, but I'm so excited I just can't wait to watch.

@LacusClyne and evolution7931 - It was SunshineSlayer who was there to witness that. There'll probably be at least short clips of it on the 3rd DVD with the extras.

I don't think the entire sequence when she performed alterna - is this LOVE? - (miss)understood inside the ball, the ball that's supposed to be only for the alterna performance, will be there.

I really like that outfit and birthday cake set is really nice too, but the problem I have with the cover is that it looks so amateurish. The font is hard to read. The headshot pic is not fit to be on a cover. My god, the cover looks so bad. I could do a better cover in my sleep.

For some reason, I think that "better" covers were made, and Ayu had the final word on this one ~__~

Foil is probable.. I mean honestly.. it's not like Ayu's cheap and will only have it 'LOOK' like it's foil-y..
