thanks! i just watched this perfomance on youtube earlier. i liked it better than the previous jewel performance.

I think her vocals are better in this performance...I actually liked this one better than the studio version currently.

She wasn't actually crying, the tears never broke loose, but listening to her voice and comparing it to how she sounds when she starts to cry, there's one sequence where it almost breaks.

You have a problem with her upper arms?

she did cry..but the tears were not falling down dramatically..
just pouring around her pupils..
and i think her voice sounded worse in this performance..maybe bcoz she was crying...

i love her voice in MS much better~

I agree. She did a better job on MS. Especially for the last note here, she was trying to hold it long, but it started to quaver. She tried to stop it but couldn't, so she just quickly changed it into a vibrato.

Though I really don't get it, JEWEL lyrics talk about her finally finding her true love, yet she's crying? Just doesn't go together... :shakehead

Ayu is so pretty and she gives a good performance.

I dont know what that news article was talking about.. her arms still look the same to me as they did in the FIRST .. JEWEL perf where everyone was all "OMG NOEEEESSS!! AYU GAINED WEIGHT HATE HER!!!".. or something.. :P

wth.. why is she using that chair again?? seriously..

Maybe because it gives her the ability to lean back and half sit, while she's still standing upright, which makes it easier to sing, but is also kind to your feet. And I like the position it puts her in.

I noticed some tears. :( Ayu was getting emotional.

Hey, wasn't she supposed to wear a black dress? You know, from the preview?

She is wearing the black one during the talk part, and a white one when singing.

Her other JEWEL performance was the opposite, white when talking and black when singing.
