Aw, man, I was waiting for a thread on her! I love her. Along with Megumi Hayashibara, she was one of my very first J-Pop artists... actually, my first proper J-Pop artist, since before then, all my exposure was in anime and video game songs (I discovered her via Breath of Fire V's castle.imitation). My first love~.

I hope she comes back soon. She doesn't seem to believe in herself, judging by the article... hope she cheers up eventually,. realzies she has fans who want her back, and makes a nice-sized comeback with awesome music (I wasn't fond of her last single, but Sign and Arashi ga Oka were awesome songs).

This Armor = love.

best songs for me are Infection, Our Song and Koe.

I think my favorite songs are..edge, suna no tate, BORDERLINE, Ryuuseigun, Sign, Koe, call..there are probably some more, but those are the ones that come to mind first.

I really like the song Cage. :yes Hope she will try to come back sometime soon...her voice is very soothing to listen to, imo.

actually she has a lot of great songs... it's just a bummer that she's on haitus releasing.

How was she doing before her hiatus?

well before she broke down, she was doing great.. albums reaching quite high on the charts... the ulitmate collection reached #3 i think.

I hailed her as the J-Ballad Queen, hehehe.

INSOMNIA sold a lot (1,000,000+) This Armor sold around 900,000 and Sugar High sold around 300,000. Her last single (Sodatsu Zasso) sold around 50,000 copies if I'm not mistaken - not bad. Its all about the music, after all.

After what she's been through, I think the last thing she really cares about is sales. I mean it definitely plays a big role in her career but I think at this point it's just putting out music that matters to her.

does anyone have the sheet music for infection, Gekkou, and Ibara no Umi? these are three of my favorite songs that i want to learn to play
