Well to me she doesn't look "fat" at all.. not even chubby but her legs just are twisted and they sure look weird :D

Yes, but I did not mean the fatness of them at all, they just look extremely crooked/twisted at the knees, which might be caused by the extra fat and the angle of the photo, which I mentioned. I never connected Ayu with weird knees like that, the image I have of her legs is of them being pretty straight, don't know if I ever cared to look at them very much in the past, though.

I don't think the amount of posts of a user should count for anything, it's a number, nothing more.

i think Ayu's always had legs like that, she's just good at hiding it and making them look better by wearing high boots most of the time, and she she has lost a bit of wight so it wouldnt be as curvy

She had different uniforms all the time... she acted in many dramas and stuff, it could be a picture taken on a set.

And the reason why her legs look 'twisted', is becouse many Japanese girls have legs like that... hence the love for platform shoes, which apparently make your legs look a bit better (heard it from a friend, might be not so ture though). Plus, they're usually short, which sort of adds up to the effect, making their legs look even weirder. But luckily, many women grow out of it ;)

It's wierd, the knees looks wierd. especially the left one (from our view)

Actually everyone has it like that - the bones below the knee are never completly streight and they're never aligned with the upper part of the leg in a streight line. There has to be some curves so that they can acumulate the force created when you walk (when you hit the ground with your feet).
Not only that you don't really see your legs from such a view so you can't always tell the difference, but also the Japanese seem to have... more 'efficient' curves :P It probably has something to do with the fact they're usually shorter then non-Asians...

I'm an asian, and opps, my legs are slightly slanted/bend.:D

In the picture above, her right knee (our left) is bent, like she's going to take a step. That's why it looks odd.

So many negative comments about her legs, mine look like that too. :cry

I am a 6 yr old ayu fan, and I have never seen these. My god.

That's a silly assumption. Do you have any CONFIRMED idea how many schools Ayu actually attended? She can't be wearing the same uniform for her whole schooling life.

Anyhow, the 2nd pic looks completely real to me. Ayu definitely didn't have a good body back then.

I noticed the different school uniforms as well, but as said, or she changed schools often, or it's from her idol period. And she looks like the age she was as an idol.

But still, she really looked cute :)
