The new song is "shinkyoku" or 新曲 on the list.

It's yet to be titled.

And my name's WOMEN is a "bright" song, since it is like.. optimistically women-powered.

thank you for the info, I can't really undertand why greatful days and fairyland are in this list...

I am not surprised there are only 4 tracks from (m)u, but I think they are not exactly the best from that album-- where is (miss)understood? where is alterna? - she could have picked up alterena and quit About you instead, well, not quit About you because is good song! 16 tracks for each album would be great!!

wow... (miss)understood had so few tracks, and My story has tons, surprisingly. But she did pick the best tracks of My Story. Best news is that B&D did not steal a slot of a more deserving song. wish they added alterna or will here though. or ladies night. but i don't really mind, since the songs here are a bit representative of what's popular. Now for the dvd, Im still wishing that new PVs for songs withut one will be made, but that's a bit farfetched. (Hanabi PV is still something i desperately want to see someday)

I expected Carols in white, and moments in black, but i was basing it too much on the PVs and sound of the song. same for daybreak. maybe the lyrics suggest something different.

wait, what's this news that this could be fake? oh no... im already satisfied with this tracklist. IF B&D suddenly pops up, I'll be sooo sad...

It CAN'T be fake, since it came from avex.

The only way it could be is if someone hacked, or they decide that they don't want the songs that were listed on the album anymore.

Instead of crappy Dearest, precious gemstones like "Rainy Day" should have been on it. I hope the tracklist was removed because Ayu decided Dearest did not deserve to be on it. :grumpy

Dearest is one of Ayu's most popular and touching ballads, and very personal for her. No way she will remove it :P

Dearest is one of her best songs imho.

And it was Ayu´s answer to the Release of A BEST 1 (because Ayu didn´t want to release it) so it´s a must have on A BEST 2 :yes

Those songs had a lot more flavour...

The black one truly is darkly tuned with lots of strongly sad and emotional songs and white really is the opposite. Very good picks.

Yap.. Quite good and interesting picks. There's many songs from albums I don't have, but I'd like to own. Like Because of you, GAME, My name's women and so on.
Of course there's still songs that could have been included, but they can't put every one of them. :P

IMO, I have a feeling that they WANTED to put some of the better album tracks, but they were without PVs :<

And the lack of ANGEL'S SONG surprised me too.
Perhaps it wasn't included so people don't rant about it's "similarities" to fairyland?

i think i know why songs from (m)u did not make it. The cut-off single was B&D, Ladies Night and rainy day were after that, so they did not include :D ayu are saving them for the next BEST album ;)

I think it's interesting that the timespan in singles from evolution to B&D is 19 singles.

The tracklist of the black version is awesome ^^ Dearest is a song that I don't like that much but like the others said, it is one of her most famous songs and means a lot for her.

The white version looks good too but they didn't had to add Greatful Days AND fairlyand. One of these songs would have been enough, in my opinion.

A surprise for me was the appearence of About You and HANABI episode II. Not that I am complaining ^^;
Memorial Address would have been awesome but since this a cover song it didn't made it, from what I can imagine.

They might be revamping the tracklisting but yeah it leaked so early lol and i defantly have to go out and get A- BEST 1 now lol i just wanted to see what would be repeated on this album because AVEX is famous for that

Dearest I think was the one of her successful singles during the 2001's period, I can still remember the amount of promotion this single got during that time. SHe almost performed the song everyday in Japan. The PV was splendid and elegant as it was shot in the US (remember the WINDMILLS). After that, the acoustic orchestral ver~ came up in the 2002's inside Voyage's single which gave us a bit of a shock^^

July 1st and About you is on therefore I'm already happy :D Black version is amazing!

Yay, the Black tracklist is awesome, minus Dearest and CAROLS. They included About you, GAME, Because of You, is this LOVE? and Free & Easy! ::faints:: Although they should have kicked out walking proud and put in alterna instead...

I was expecting to be disappointed. Maybe in the future I'll get Black~ White's songs were to be expected, but I don't care for most of the songs on there.

she probably didn't do the secret album for this compilation album probably because secret will be left for "A best 3." at least that's what i think. a best 3 will probably be the best if all her future album are as good as secret

Nice! Im gonna get both versions. theres so many favorites on both thats hard to chose if you plan on only buyinh one. so im buying both.

So let's see. Seven songs from I am..., six from RAINBOW, five from Memorial address, seven from MY STORY, and four from (miss)understood. No Secret. GOOD.

But why so much from MY STORY, I wonder? Not that I'm complaining. :)

If you don't remember, the cutoff singles were evolution and B&D.
And if you don't know, bests usually contain SINGLES which these two have almost all of [B&D and forgiveness are excluded]

Really good tracklistings, but if there are going to be PV's for every track (was that confirmed if it's from all the tracks?), then UNITE! might get a PV? (it only had a CM). alterna should have been on there too. or maybe (m)u & RAINBOW.
Although I'm glad B&D is not on it, and neither is PRIDE.

But still, I'm not disappointed! Let's hope it was just a leak, and we will get confirmation soon.
And I'd like to know about resung songs as well :)

So far, I think they've re-thought the first DVD, and it will be a "CLIPS" collection or something.

So if it has a PV, the PV is shown, if it's on a CM, the CM'll be shown..
