According to the news, all the tickets for the front seats (HK$780) and the VIP SEATS ($2XXX) have already sold out primarily to people who holds appropiate credit cards. The remaining seats are HK$480 and HK$280 which are either up at the hills or at the back. The official date for ordering tickets for the general public is still not yet confirmed. This means, AYu;s concert is so attractive and astonishing that many people are starving for tickets.

I don't holds any credit card, i can't make any pre-order.. I have to wait until they announce the ordering date-.-~ I hope i can still buy the HK$480 one at least they are not up at the hills..~ i really wanna see AYU, does anyone in HK knows when is the official order date?

Tasked 1st February 2007 09:03 AM

I'm sorry; but having a thread of a forum as a source isn't legit also; since that person also doesn't give any source..

ayuflareup! 1st February 2007 09:13 AM

me as well. I called the URBITIX just now, they told me that they still not yet have any details about the concert-.-~~ but... for people who are holding VISA or MASTER CARDS already have the priority to buy the front seats~~ I think this is absolutely not FAIR~ in SHANGHAI and TAIWAN, tickets already on sale la-.-!!

[taskin.ayu] 1st February 2007 09:16 AM

It's probably right that it sold out quickly. I remember the uraayu footage from ages ago with the screaming fans. XDD

ayuflareup! 1st February 2007 09:20 AM

I know that the tickets will unquestionably sell fast....~~ but.. i can't imagine that some of the fans don't even have the prerogative to purchase the tickets.~

i have sympathy for ayuflareup!, as s/he is accused of dishonesty. "never trust something someoine post" is a bit cruel, but i can understand this reaction if the person really did post a lot of rumours. i dont know if this piece of news is true or not, i havent checked the newspapers today yet. but if it is tru, thanks ayuflareup!. if it is false, then ayuflareup! please say sorry!

AyuGAME 1st February 2007 11:52 AM

i think this news is true, i saw it in another forum too
so sad..and its too hard for fans outside HK to see this concert

AyUmIXx 1st February 2007 11:58 AM

so does that mean that we cannot buy the tickets anymore?
it's somehow not fair...

truehappiness 1st February 2007 12:43 PM

ayuflareup! isn't exactly one to choose the right words to describe events..

[news] ALL TICKETS for HK concert SOLD OUT!

I called the URBITIX ticket selling company this morning at 10, they told me that all the tickets were sold out since yesterday after plethora of people queuing at all the local COUNTERS for the tickets. But, fortunately, i HAVE SOME friends who bought extra tickets, he told me that he is willing to lend me the tickets at the original price^^ yeah~ so that I can go to the concert.
It is quite front in the 7th line near the stage^^~ I wish i can shake hands with ayu and receive gifts (like BALLS) from her^^

emi♡ 9th February 2007 02:40 AM

thanks for telling us.

I love your use of capitalization btw...god, I just saw some other posts and now I really love it.

:laugh nice merge.

JinHamasaki 9th February 2007 03:04 AM

Here's a news article about the concert in HK:
http://61.129.65.8:82/gate/big5/enjo...1a2619858.html

Too bad my chinese is crummy, I can't translate it fully.

Basically it talks about Ayu going to other countries in Asia. The 780 yuan seats were sold in 5 minutes, while the other seats sold out within 3 hours. It also states that due to Ayu's busy staff schedule and other circumstances, she was unable to accommodate more locations and dates which resulted in disappointed fans.

here's my translation

quote from original:

J-pop queen, Ayumi Hamasaki will be having an Asian Tour, the first station will be in hongkong. Since ayu will be only performing one show, the tickets sales are very good. Since the tickets are officially on sale yesterday from 10am. in less then 5 minutes time, all the $780 tickets were sold out. while the $280 and $480 tickets are all sold out in 3 hours time. Other then hongkong, ayu will be going to other asian countries for concerts

Although the responese for the concert is very high, but the organisera had said due to ayu is very busy, and her production team is very big, there is no chance for a second show, this had made those fans who fail to get the tickets very dissappointed.

prodygee 9th February 2007 11:42 AM

Haha, :) alienchan from ayunite got one for the HK performance! w00tl00t :P I wanna go with him.

Those are probably 2 more reasons why she didn't go to SG.

truehappiness 10th February 2007 12:14 AM

Also, the interest of the concert halls to host her is also an issue.

I think so anyway.

4ever*ayu 10th February 2007 01:56 AM

i'm so sad i can't see ayu concert, but i hope avex will release the ASIA TOUR dvd once after the tour, so at least i can watch the greatest concert of the year.

btw, how many seats are going to be sell in hk tour? (the capacity of the hk arena)

Kodayumi 10th February 2007 01:58 AM

haha split seconds :D

thanks for the info, it's a good thing.

truehappiness 10th February 2007 03:14 AM

I think it's around 13,000 or so..

Max capacity is 12,500 but since the concert's going to be only 1 sided, I think around 7,000?

4ever*ayu 10th February 2007 03:56 AM

7000? it's really out of ayu's concert standard
you now, every year ayu arena tour and the CDL are so much more than that!! (>10000)
but i think maybe it's a special tour, it's the first time ayu held a concert out of japan.
hik...hik... i'm so jealous with you guys in hk, taiwan, shanghai, and of course japan.

ayu_fan929 10th February 2007 05:04 AM

^Well depends on the venue. Some Japanese venues are less than 10,000 lsuch as Nagano or Niigata...(I think)

did your friend buy the tickets in the counter sales?

ayuflareup! 10th February 2007 05:36 AM

YES^^~but ultimately, I contacted one of my friend yesterday, he told me that he had bought total 4 tickets, 2 for him and his sister and the other 2 were for his other friends. However, his friends didn't contact him at all to collect the tickets. As a result, he sold me the tickets (HK$480) and it is in the 32th row (... I think it is quite far back from the stage).... Nevermind, at least I got the ticket without queuing^^~~~ and my dream didn't vanish at all^^~

PS: If you guys realli wanna go, try to visit some forums, there are many people who bought extra tickets. But you have to be prepared that they will sell you the ticket much higher than the original price.
Also, try it out in YAHOO AUCTIONS. I saw there is one ticket which was originally sold at HK$780, but now it cost $1190!!!!! The fans are FANATIC about AYU@!!!~

I also saw a tiny article in my local chinese newspaper (mingpao) today and it says the same thing but besides that, it says the tickets selling out proves the hk fans are very loyal....and there will not be any addition concert dates and if there will be, there could be a part II.

(well that part II thing is what the newspaper is thinking...they probably made it up or something..I wouldnt take it seriously but it would be nice if it happens :D )
