the review of the ASIA TOUR 2007 stated there was a movie with 'part of Me'-like scenes, only different from the PV.. so my guess is; they have way footage than they used in the PV, and now they wanna show it.

I think we all misunderstood the Japanese article.
By full version, they mean the "whole" PV on every A Best2 DVD that we bought. They're doing this for "only 24hrs" for those who haven't seen this PV and are considering whether to purchase or not. Therefore, their main purpose is to push the sales even higher.
So we are just exaggerating the word "full version" but it actually just means the whole original PV^^".

Oh....lame.
