Celebrities you've seen and/or met
Before we start, I'm going to start by saying that I searched and didn't find such a topic.
This is merely to state famous guys and gals you've seen with your own two eyes instead of the television, magazines, and any other media device. Please don't go bragging to someone and such. First of all, it's not nice! ^^;; I've never actually met any celebrities, like, I've never shook hands, had a picture taken... but I've seen them in public places. Spoiler:

I met Jojo at The 99' (a restaurant) in my town. I talked with her for like two minutes and gave her a hug. She was really sweet.

I met Ben from Ben & Jerry's icecream once. Or maybe it was Jerry...one of the two. I shook his hand, it was pretty cool.

i saw geena davis at my college in kentucky one day. she was there for the weekend for something or other.
and also, i ran into ty pennington from trading spaces one night at a gay bar in louisville. he was there with a few girls, and he was drunk and dancing really badly and kept bumping into me. :( |
Ive met..or well seen..talked..
Pauly Shore (actually talked...he wanted us to get in his "car-float") Tiger Woods (still dont know if it was really him..but omg he looked sounded and acted like him) Mario Lopez (he wanst fun..poo) ^all at our little shortest parade here in Hot Springs Arkansas Kumi Koda (saw her preform talked to her and shook her hand) Kumiko Kato..(really great..talked alot) I think thats it.. |

anyways, i never saw anyone famous personally, but: peyton manning used to go to my school (my english teacher/musical director still remembers him XD) my math/science teacher once saw orlando bloom while she worked at the monterey bay aquarium. they met eye contact and orlando just ran away. she also met someone else, but i forgot who she said. she said that she had a convo with the other guy my friend took pictures of kate winslet and someone else for a movie premiere that was held at tulane...forgot the name of the movie they went to XP i think that's it...can't wait to actually meet ayu in some random place XD; (yea right, like that'll happen...) |
i had seen quite a few celebrites mostly chinese/asian ones on their autograph sessions/promos..let mi recap who i had seen b4..
1) Stella Huang 2) Jolin Tsai 3) Elva Xiao 4) Peggy Hsu 5) Penny Dai 6) Tension 7) Zhang Huimei 8) Stefanie Sun(lots of time..almost all her autograph sessions.. shook her hand b4 :P) 9) Fiona Xie (on the streets.. Singaporeans shd koe her) 10) S.H.E dunno if i missed any1 or nt.. :D |
i have seen
1. Derek Jeter. i cant stand him, but yeah, his uncle or something or other used to live in my town and i met him when i was little 2. I met someone from the rap group naughty by nature [they were i really famouse rap group a LONG time ago. i hate them ^^] 3. i have met MCR [they are from the town right next to mine. but once again, i hate them ^^] |
I don't really know if you could consider him famous but when I was little I met Bill Nye the Science Guy at the airport. I don't really remember much but I remember going up to ask him for an autograph and he was mean to me. I also saw Kathy Griffin perform in my college town a couple months ago and caught her as she was going out the back after her show. She is so hilarious! :laugh

When I was younger my year was asked to be part of a audience in a kids game show and one of the presenters was Danni Minogue - have I spelt that right?

Micheal Buble came into my work last week...
I haven't really met any celebrities... the Dalai Lama went to my mom's house when she was young a couple times because her family was housing some important Tibetan refugees... but that's not me :p |

I've seen Jill Hennesy on the set for Crossing Jordan when I was in Universal Studios. Also the band Blessid Union of Souls. And that's it for me! :yes
My mother, on the other hand, has had the pleasure of running over Ricardo Montebon. Poor guy. He never had the chance to ward her off with his walker. |

I met Kuu also at that convention in TX she is uber sweet and she was more excited about meeting the fans then we were meeting her lol!!! i guess thats where alot of people in the US met her. 2005 or 04 i think autograph and talk
I also met L'arc en ciel at Otakon they were cool too i was telling Tetsu about my music and stuff and Hyde over heard too.. i should have bought a demo but eh next time.. 03 autograph and talk BoA- Korean peace festival in DC really good english and got an autograph and hug spoke 5 mins lol 03 Utada- New York City at the Demlin dusk party or somthing she is greatness!! pretty common to see in New York Edison Chen - Washington DC at holocaust museum lol i had to look twice lol i shook his hand and stuff mom took a pic from old kodak cam i have to find it N'sync and Britney Spears- at a joint concert at the MCI Center at the time in DC Justin was awesome and i swear i knew lance and JC were gay... i have my reasons why lol Britney was tired lol but she spoke and handshake |
I met The Prime Minister of Japan, Koizumi in Nara in 2005 :p I was walking out of a metro station when I saw a huge crowd of people giving a standing ovation and then about six bodyguards and Koizumi's grey mop of hair :D He was waving and people were smiling, in my country we only throw eggs at politicians so that was kinda cultural shock for me :p Maybe you wouldn't call him a celebrity but I like that guy and it was a huge coincidence that I had such unexpectable possibility to see him live ;)

Was this when they wanted her to sing Real Emotion in japanese instead of english lol i remember that outfit i think she wore somthing similar to the other convention. Otakon is trying to get her too but there is gonna be no way if they get her i am so going you gonna go lol

I saw the guys from New Found Glory at a Muse concert in Phoenix last year, they were standing like 3 feet away from me for a long time just talking during the break between the opening act and Muse. Didn't even really remember who they were, but I knew they looked familiar. It was confirmed when one girl sitting near me went and asked. I saw NFG later that same night at a bar called Library in Tempe.
