it was raining quite heavily in Shanghai

umm, what's the big deal about Momentum? in my opinion it's the worst song on Secret...the arrangement is so generic, and the only good part is the composition...anyway, this sounds like a good concert! as long as it has Kiss 'o Kill and AUDIENCE, it's fine with me

^ I'm sort of thinking the same thing: "Damn, a lot of people sure love momentum." I don't personally take a liking to this song, but whatever, that's my opinion. So basically is the tracklist the same as her Hong Kong and Taiwan concert, except momentum is there instead of JEWEL?

It's most likely be the last performance like always but it would be cool if in the bonus disc they add the alternate encore performances :yes I think they have enough space and time for that. Would be great if they did, I honestly don't see why not.

Thanks ! I hope they do do the 3-disc dvd again, so we get something like :

Disc 1 - Final concert, ~show~
Disc 2 - Final concert, ~encore~
Disc 3 (bonus) - ~encore songs from Asia, doco from Asia tour,~ any other cool bonus features xD

next she just needs to add "It was" into the Encore ! eee

I dun think that's the runway at Shanghai. It should be the one at Hong Kong indeed. The Shanghai pics are mixed with some Hong Kong pics in Maxker's post. The arena shown in his post is the Hong Kong arena, not the Shanghai Grand Stage (evolution7931 pointed out that it should be a round circle building , not square). And that pic is "designed by filee". Look at the runway picture, it's "designed by filee" as well, so I guess that's the HK runway as well.

The Shanghai arena is bigger, so my guess is that the runway should be longer as well..

MOMENTUM, hurrayyyyy..... I LOVE Momentum, and I like JEWEL too. Maybe for the dvd, Ayu will do them both in the encore...

Greetings... I went to the Shanghai Concert last week...

I reckon this one was probably her best concert to date - even better than Arena Tour 03/04....

Evolution was extremely good... The first half was sung in AOV style, to the surprise of all. Probably her best performance of Evolution.

Appears was in my opinion one of the two standouts of this incredible concert... This was truly an amazing performance, with pyrotechnics and crazy drums, keyboard and guitar solos..... Similiar but much better than A Museum 2003's one.

Part of Me was the other standout. This song sounded really Chinese for some strange reason, and had really beautiful costumes and props.

Secret was also good, with a piano/guitar solo, similar to CDL 06/07 's outro of No way to Say.

Kiss o' Kill had a really cool magic trick, where she was "teleported" ahhaha

Surreal was as good as usual (similar to AT03/04), except Hamasaki Ayumi was singing together with the backup singers at the outro.

Boys and Girls was really cool, with the stage creating magnificient Love Heart displays.

Momentum was another awesome song, much better than the original arrangement in "Secret". It used an 8 beat for the 1st chorus and 16 beat in the 2nd.. Really cool.

Hamasaki Ayumi spoke quite a lot of English when talking to the audience. She mentioned that her keyboardist claimed to be able to speak mandarin etc... (he then said a few sentences)... And also mentioned that she prayed for the concert and that "Asia is one"

Lastly, the concert was concluded with the magnificient Who ... , with the last chorus sung in Chinese ... A perfect end to the perfect concert. Lol... I flew halfway around the world just to hear this song hahahaha.
