well i can't see the pics on the first posts until now.. the "make ups" are so different between two pics. The bigger one has a smoother edge, while the small close up one has a really ugly edge.. Really bad skill.

It just could be make-up as there's the same little space right near her armpit.
The thing with foundation is that if the entire area isn't covered, then it may look odd under certain light conditions (such as flashing lights or certain types of lightbulb lighting).

Since the two "paint jobs" look different, it has to be added in photoshop, paint or whatever. Also, I doubt she would be stupid enough to wear clothes that reveals exactly that area..

the reporter of yomiuri, sanspo or other online news websites don't do photoshop of the pictures they've taken which i've seen so far.

though, it's still looked weird why ayu wanted the foundation look so obvious.

i think the tatoo is only temporary, and can be taken off easily.

The lighting of the room can attribute to the blotchiness of it. But it's definitely makeup.

Well, what to believe now? That sanspo a believable source? I know it pretty much is. But then that forces us to think that ayu doesn't really use real professionals to do her make up...Uh uh.......cause that was one hell of a gross mistake.

I thought getting tattoos removed left some sort of a scar, so she probably didn't do that... I'm hoping the weird coloring is mostly due to the lighting and not bad make-up, because how could someone really do such a bad job on Ayu of all people??

well you can tell the difference between those two pics right??

in the first pic, the foundation looks so contrast with ayu's skin color..
and for the second pic, the foundation looks less contrast with the skin color, both are taken by different people and the flashes for both cameras are not the same.. so.. i still do believe that camera flash can make your make-up/foundation looks more obvious than you just look with your bare eyes..

just try on a make up on your face, and take a picture of yourself with the camera with flash, i believe you can see the same thing like on ayu's pic.

and the foundation looks badly covered cause there's only the area of ayu's tattoo is.. and i don't know why they just don't cover most of the area.. so the result shouldn't turn out so messed-up..

This is weird.. I know that we talked about her tattoo, that she put make up so it would not be shown... But that is like a stain!! Dunno :(

It doesn't really make sense for the picture to be photoshopped though; she has been covering it up all this time, would have covered it up considering what she is wearing. Even if the pic was photoshopped/airbrushed somewhat, she still would have covered it with makeup.

I think she should just show it off now. She is no longer the young girl from ASFXX, not to mention most everyone seems to know about it anyway.

She obvsiously just covered up the tattoo with make-up! She's been doing that for years, right? I mean, I never even saw her tattoo before someone posted specific pictures of it/pointed it out on the Secret cover. It probably looks fine in normal lighting conditions, but the flash brings out the tone difference, since there's no way you can get an exact skin tone match in make-up. Like someone brought up earlier, look at wedding photos. When brides cake on the make-up thinking they'll look prettier than they normally do, they end up looking freaky/ghost-like when the flash hits them.

Umm....isn't that a little unfair to him to jump to such conclusions? I consider this tattoo removal/cover-up to be similar to giving the other person his/her things back after the breakup. Now that you have parted ways, no need to keep reminders of the relationship, right? I myself, plus other people I know, do the same after a break up even though no cheating was involved.

It's just the end of a relationship. No need to assume there was cheating on anyone's part. :rolleyes

Because it's not just an A. It's a combination of a "T" and an "A." The left hand side of the letter forms the "T" and it blends into the "A."
