Ayu's voice at 1:14 gives me CHILLS!
 

I've been wanting to mention this for a while now but never get around to it.

I'm talking about decision. There part when she says:
Nee douka kikanai de ite

I can't explain it but it is just so unique and absolutely beautiful. Also at 2:19 when she says:
Nee senaka de unazuite ru
but that one doesn't amaze me as much as 1:14. Anybody else agree? I just LOVE it.

*goes to listen to decision again*

Well. At 1:14, she just seems to say ite in a deeper tone.

At 2:19... well, let's say it's kinda opposite for me. I think at 2:19 the ru sounds unique and amazing while nothing special is going on at 1:14. xD

I love the part where she starts screaming after the bridge of the song. I don't know the lyrics by heart or anything (and am too lazy to look it up) but it's that part where she goes "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh"!!! It's so freakin' awesome it gives me chills to imagine Ayu singing that song live.

yeah that's kind of tone is make her singing voice unique and original...

I LOVE her ru's...I can imagine little ayu ru's running amuck hahahahahah.

That's one of my all-time favorite performances.

I'm not sure what you mean, but sometimes I just have to listen to one part in SURREAL many times in a row. ("hitori bocchi de kanjiru kodoku yori" or something like that)
Same thing with many other songs.

I agree tooo haha. I find the "ru: better than the "te" though.

But the whole song is great. Her voice is really strong throughout the whole song... it's definitely one of her strong-voiced songs. ;)

I think her vocals in Pride really give me chills. She's been a little more ambitious vocally in Together when...too.

The "shirenai" part at 4:10 in Daybreak H/\L's Mix gives me the chills, it's kinda a yell and very emotional

I agree Decision is an excellent song, one of her best in a long time, Ayu's been hurt, she's lost some love and I think her emotions are pouring into her songs again more, and a big cost, but when one door closes another opens.

The "Uh... What?" just cracked me up. It's mainly because I completely agree. I listened to it and it just sounds normal. It's higher and slightly more enthusiastic or whatever, but I wouldn't say it's enough to give me chills. Pride, if any song, is more the kind that would give me chills because of her vocals, that and the chorus to Moments (花のように).

Pride has the most chilling vocals ever... i love it!

In decision, listen to part from 3:04 onward...just the way her voice flows while the music tones down a little, it sounds great. That's my face part of the song.

i think she did a good job singing that part because the songs about pain and sorrow and at that part it almost sounds like shes crying while she sings.But i have a question does anyone else get the loud guitar sound at 2:32? it doest sound like it fits.

I agree with everyone who mentioned Pride. Her voice sounds so eerie in it... I love it.

I love it, too!! decision, to me, is a pretty powerful song and Ayu sings it so well. :love

I love it in Pride before the choir goes lalalalaaaaaa... when she's yelling something in the bridge. btw, why does she always wear black when performing Pride (not that I'm complaining)?

Oh, and I agree on the daaaaaaaaaaaaa! thing.
It sounds amazing with the guitars!
