Favourite Debut Song? Utada, Ayumi, Namie, Koda, BoA, Hitomi and Nami
 

OK, out of these artists, which debut song is your favourite, I dind't put down I'll be Stronger for Utada, because I think hardly anyone's heard that song and for Namie I put down her first solo release.

Utada Hikaru - Close To You
Ayumi Hamasaki - Nothing from Nothing
Namie Amuro - Body Feels EXIT
Koda Kumi - Take Back
BoA - ID;Peace B
Hitomi Shimatani - Osaka no Onna
Nami Tamaki - Believe

You have to correct 2 things:

ayumi hamasaki - poker face - NOTHING FROM NOTHING doesn't count on her singing career, she wasn't really a singer and she even was feat. DHOZI something.

Utada Hikaru - Automatic/time will tell, Close to you is her Cubic U days not as hikki =P

If we go by Automatic/time will tell as her debut single, I'll pick Hikki. If not, I'll pick BoA.

I picked Ayu but I messed up xD! Btw, 'Poker Face' would be considered Ayu's debut not, 'Nothing from Nothing'. =)

OMG the songs in that list are a pot-pourri of crap. If we Xchange "Close to You" for automatic/time will tell we are in for more CRAP :bbarf (time will tell is one of the most annoying japanese songs I've ever heard. It's so disgusting to hear a metalluic hikki's voice repeating ovweer and over, and OVER that word). ID;Peace B, NOTHING FROM NOTHING and BODY feel EXIT are a piece of you know what. TAKE BACK is boring and Believe is just another forgettable cliche anime song with no real appeal. Osaka no Onna I've just forgotten how it sounded at all.

I'd chose ayumi hamasaki - poker face, because I consider it her true debut song.

Take back for me. I didn't really like nothing from nothing but like everyone else said, if poker face was up there, I probably would have chosen it too.

Body Feels Exit is the only song on there I even remotely like. XD

Nothing from Nothing isn't even included in Ayu's Oricon Discography, because it wasn't her true debut. (100th place or something like that is just an epic failure).
