According to one of the article that i read(chinese), they said that joey who recently is considered imitate ayu in image is now imitated by ayu on & single. They said that ayu doesn't show any creativity on & cover while the post that ayu show is just imitating joey recent album cover.How can it be happened? Will u imitate someone that is trying to imitate u?They also mention that it is the time for ayu to do something to attract people becoz new single cover is disappointing.Just A Ballads , they said that ayu is copying the idea from t.a.t.u.


Actually i dun think that ayu is trying to copy tatu. What ayu is showing in A ballads album is self-comforting but tatu is showing their brave having homosexual.What they have said really anger me.

I also think that ayu is not copying anybody's cover or idea... it might be juz a coincidence

After reading about this article in another post, I decided to look up what cover of Jolin Tsai they were actually comparing "&" to. This is the cover of "Watch my 72 Transformations" (correct translation?)

It said in the article that she's copying her because they are both using the blue sky background. HONESTLY. How many covers have blue skies in the background? A lot. It would be like if someone was comparing two people's outfits, if one had tennis shoes and the other had a different brand of tennis shoes, one would be copying the other. This is just ridiculous. And I highly doubt Ayu would copy off some Taiwanese singer who's been known to have a problem copying off others herself.

I did think the whole A BALLADS/t.A.T.u thing was quite a concidence.

These people are nuts. Ayu copying tatu? Jolin's cover is slightly similar, but no way close enough to say that Ayu copied her. That's rediculous. These Chinese tabloids are big fat liars. They want to see Ayu crash and burn. Ignore them.

Ayu A BALLADS cover has absolutely nothing to do with t.A.T.u ahhaha It's quite obvious to know that. t.A.T.u cover shows 2 girls holding themselves. A BALLADS shows one girl representing ONE girl but doubled to show the whole thing about "joining the past and present sides". It was explained officially a billion of times that A BALLADS cover has no reference to homosexualism. LOL:laugh If Ayu had posed with another girl than that could be considered but no way hehehe

Actually, Jolin is the one who copy Ayu's Image. In this new album 'MAGIC' (Gan Wo 72 pien) the producer has change Jolin's image and spent alot of money(which i think now is prettier), like do the hair color, and NAIL ART which no other taiwanese artist 'really' do that. In some of her clip, some how Jolin's expression looks alot like Ayu's. Believe me! And... Know what, take a look of the inside cover of MAGIC (Gan Wo 72 pien), it is soooooo "I Am..." Not the one posted here. Take a look of it, especially the expression and the angle shoot. And... In other image, there is one that is sooooooooo... KANARIYA! geez... u guys should try to find it! So, who is the copier one? From the new maxi single "&".... Hmmm... it's nothing, i guess. just some standart pose and concept.

Okay, just to jump in here, Ayu has had more than one single with a blue sky background ("UNITE!" as an example). They're just trying to get people to listen to this other girl.

Oh and as for the t.a.t.u. thing, Ayu explained the whole idea on her website. It's about her loving herself, the past self and the present self.

I think it's sort of funny that they are saying that Ayu is copying her when Ayu 's photographer who took the picture for the cover had the idea so HE would be copying her, not Ayu.

Wasn't JOLIN the one that supposedly copied Ayu's "Fly High" cover? I mean, come on. Artists wear the same fashions and occasionally their ideas might overlap or be influenced by someone. It's not something to get so worked up about.

jolin is imitate ayu very sure.. i saw jolin few days ago... her hairstyle just very resemble ayu in surreal mtv... jolin is not pretty in near view....

Agree!!! ayu and t.A.T.u are absolutely 2 artists with different styles... I like the tenderness and comfort ayu gives the fans in 'A BALLADS'.

I read a HK online newspaper a week ago... there're some Jolin's photos... so much alike ayu... esp. her hair **brunette!!**
I think Jolin imitates ayu's looks, for sure. She starts wearing like ayu... everything, though. So, I dunno like Jolin.

But, stop talking about image but the music, Jolin's new album is a no-doubt success in Asia... sold over 500,000 copies... she is gaining popularity outside Taiwan... although ayu didn't know anything about her before...
