YAY! I loooove capsule :D I just started getting into them a few weeks ago - their music is so amazingly catchy <3 My fave songs are FRUiTS CLIPPER, super speeder Judy Jedy, and Catch my breath xD

Haha, I've been into them since a while back, but I only really listened to their albums like last week. Nakata has a really great style, truly unique. I'm glad he's gaining popularity <3

I really like these albums. I haven't payed much attention to the others~

"FLASH BACK" only had a couple of good songs, and there wasn't enough Toshiko. =(

"FRUITS CLiPPER" is their best <3

capsule is GOD. no questions asked. they're consistently good. nakata has a bit of the benny benassi sound but mixes it well with shibuya-kei and a more japanese pop sound to make it original. he even managed to make me like a girl group (Perfume) so he's clearly talented lol

I've never really liked capsule that much, but I am definitely a fan of Nakata Yasutaka's work with other artists. MEG, Suzuki Ami and Perfume all have benefited so much from him!

Nakata himself is pretty good-looking. He's pretty handsome, and Toshiko is just cute.

That's exactly what I thought. The developers of the Katamari series should seriously consider adding some of capsule's songs to their game soundtracks. :yes

Yeah, I got into Perfume back when ELECTRO WORLD was first released, never saw any capsule up for download and didn't know where to start anyways. Then Ami comes out with FREE FREE and I start solidifying my interest in the guy's music and I continued to like Perfume, so I'm a big fan of the guy now. Will be working on getting as much capsule as I can.

i have a few of their albums uploaded.. which do you need? or did you mean physically owning them. :P

It sounds a little different than the version we've been listening to. More variety in the song. I'm not sure how I feel about the song... it's nice but seems a bit messy. Then again, a song I feel ambivalent about coming from capsule is better than alot of other stuff out there :). Looking forward to the rest of the album!

Previews of JUMPER & THE TIME IS NOW!

hmmm....sounds different, then again it sounds repetitive....ill have to get used to it

added another link with a new preview of THE TIME IS NOW, but I guess this last one is only for the single.

JUMPER sounds amazing - i dont find it overly repetative considering that one minute clip seems to just be the chorus and it ends at the end of the clip, promising more variety. cannot wait for the full song!

The Time is Now is another story. What is it exactly? The talking in the backround confuses me and barely goes with the track. Annoying.

I feel like this album, like most capsule albums I guess, is gonna be a mixed bag. I'm gonna love love love half the tracks and play them to death while not remembering what the other half the album sounds like. It's the same way with Fruits Clipper, Sugarless Girl, and Flashback. And I'm more than OK with this because its much better than an album filled with all mediocre songs for instance.

great song. nakata can do no wrong. the production is sooo so tight - this song needs to be on my ipod in a high bitrate and blasted at a high volume!

i hope the album version is edited down to like 4-5 minutes though cause as good as the song is, 7 minutes kind of tries my patience, especially since it's very repetitive.

He seems to have a love of repetitive long songs lately (see "climb up to the top").

and Perfume's "edge" (though it IS amazing). even his A-sides are around 5 minutes in length (ONE, cstD, love the world, etc.)

For me, anything more than 5 minutes can get to be a little much. It'd be one thing if the song changed up a little, but the repetative club-edit nature of it isn't really made for sit-down listening I feel like. Still, 7 minutes of Nakata >>>>>>> no Nakata.

Hmm, I'm really digging JUMPER so a pre-order of MORE! MORE! MORE! is possible. I want the PV on the DVD!

lol, I feel the same way. I might cave in and order it, the album just sounds too promising.

I hate those album edits. Like in M.O.V.E's Synergy, when they cut down Come Together from 12 minutes, to, hum... 4 or 5... So when I put it on my Ipod, I have to remove all the album edits and replace them with the single versions...:D

theres a few songs from the album up on youtube. theyre titled "found article" 1, 2, 3, and 4. from the sound of it, this album is a non-stop, songs-merging-into-eachother sort of album. very clubby sounding, and though i kind of miss the more casual electronica sound of capsule's last 3 albums, these songs are good in their own right, if a bit loud and chaotic.

also, the intro's transition into more more more is aweeeeeeeeesome.

JUMPER sounds ~so good~ while doing cardio. and thats just the LQ video rip! its really high energy and gets you going!

i cannot wait for this album. all the previews on youtube sound great, though parts of e.d.i.t. are a bit heavy in the chaotic sounds department. doesn't capsule seem to be getting heavier and heavier club sounding with each album? Like they started off as light jazz/pop/bossa-nova then added some electronic sounds into the mix, then went all out dance/electronica on Sugarless Girl and Flashback, and now its like WOAH distortion, static, heavy beats, etc.

a good thing? yes, most likely.
