It was minor mistake. It was supposed to be a "spam infraction" (the reason described). It doesn't make any difference anyway, between profile or spam, they're infractions either way :laugh

Profile infractions are infractions directed towards highly inappropriate avatar and signatures.

Yoy'd best remove that koda signature picture though..that can be worthy a profile infraction because it was already considered inappropriate for AHS:laugh

Well, in the past that particular koda picture was considered not approriate in a staff discussion.

I believe KaoriNeko was the one with that butt cheek picture as avatar (not to point fingers at anyone) and it was just as "inappropiate" as fanmail's current signature.

Nudity and sexually explicit pictures are definitely not allowed. If someone had something like that in their signature or avatar it's only because no one on the staff noticed and it wasn't reported.

Oh, i think i know which one you mean. There's a difference though, because in fanmail's sig, koda is completely nude. On that picture, koda is wearing bikini/beach wear. While some bikini poictures can be kinda on the gray zone, clear nudity pictures are out of question. :shrug
If anyone thought it was not appropriate though, it would be best to have reported it.

^Oh ok.. it was just that her whole butt cheek was visible, mirror it and you had a full one. It never bothered me that much, it's not that, just that you could actually see more of her butt in that avatar than fanmail's signature. But yea, she does look fully naked.

Just like Calico mentioned, it wouldn't be allowed. Fortunately her nudity covers have all been well covered. If you compare that koda picture with Mirrorcle World, at least ayu was covering herself and the picture doesn't show her whole body.

There's one kanariya making of clip that I believe was prohibited here once because it shows ayu opening her legs and showing the view from the lower parts and apparently she seems to be without underwear and you can sort of vaguely see something else :laugh

I think she probably was wearing underwear, it was just.. uh... yeah... up..

I'm speaking in defense of fanmail's sig as well, because honestly, I think people are being quite prudish. I don't think she's being oertly sexual in it, and there is nothing you can actually see. It is suggestive, sure, but you don't actually see her entire ass. It's like the cover to LOVEppears: nothing can actually be seen fully, but part of her breasts can be seen and that isn't considered by the staff to be offensive.

The LOVEppears cover can't even be compared to that. Ayu at least is wearing jeans, and the hair covering her breasts isn't really any different from wearing a bikini there, both have a simillar effect even though you can deduce ayu's topless. Koda is completely naked on that picture - and you can see far more breast and butt crack than you can see in LOVEppears / Mirrorcle World / UNITE! / RAINBOW. It's my personal opinion what I'll say now but, in LOVEppears ayu looks more like a fashion model, in that ku''s picture she looks more like she's promoting porn.

Also, if such a signature like that is accepted, it's not long before some members will bring avatars with naked porn actors touching their crotches with pictures cut a few milimiters before we can see their genitals (some even showing pubic hair), trying to stretch the staff tolerance as much as they can. I'm speaking from experience, because this has truly happened here. It's just what many, and I'm not kidding, initiates have done in the past, started with something mildly risque and progressed to worse and worse pictures, and even created threads whining about the the staff's decision when we had to pm them and remove their ava/sigs.

I think the sig is pretty inappropriate because you can basically see an entire side of her body. Ayu at least covers most of her body on the LOVEppears cover, whether she does it with clothes or with her hair. Kumi is essentially exposing one of her butt cheeks and most of her body.

For real...LOVEppears cover does not scream porn in it. That's my point. I'm not saying hair equals bikini, but in the LOVeppears cover, the hair is covering her boobs very well. You can obviously cross a line and realize ayu's cover doesn't have the direct intention of highlighting her sexual features. That koda picture on the other hand is totally the opposite even though they try to cover it a bit.

Just report the things you find inappropriate. Period.

None of the ayu sets i've seem "floating around" are anywhere as over the gray zone as that kuu picture is.

We have a lot of whiners here. If the staff asks you to change your signature, something VERY simple to do, you should just comply. The initiates here don't get to interpret rules to their own liking.

As in regards to what is allowed and what isn't, the mods obviously discuss these things, and when they decide something is inappropriate, it's inappropriate and that's it.

It isn't really a big deal. If someone has THAT big a problem with not being allowed to show certain pictures, then they can leave and post them somewhere else.

Whether or not the staff or the user finds the picture offensive, someone did and reported it. It's as simple as that; someone was offended, whether you were or not.

And there are plenty of other pictures out there, seriously.

I'm pretty sure that Kanariya making-of clip is just people imagining seeing something there because of the video quality, I don't think official video like that would get past the screeners or whatever when they're producing it.

I personally don't think any of koda kumi's or other j-pop singers photoshoots or whatever are too risque for AHS in the appropriate place, but people should take into consideration what they put in their sigs because some people don't want to see that & that's ok.
if you see an Ayu sig that you feel is inappropriate, feel free to report it.

and IMO LOVEppears cover is not sexy or suggestive, nudity does not always equal sexy.
