VAMPS (HYDE and KAZ)
This interests me greatly. From Yesaisa:
"VAMPS is here with their highly anticipated first single Love Addict. A promising new music project formed by L'Arc-en-Ciel's charismatic singer HYDE and ex-OBLIVION DUST guitarist KAZ, VAMPS is here to stay with their debut number which is reminiscent of 70s rock." Anyone have any info, previews, anything? |
I had no clue about this, but I'd like to see what comes from this. D: Don't know that other guy but HYDE is always a good thing.

I have no clue why I'm drawn to this, I've never really listened to HYDE, and I've only listened to a few L'arc~en~ciel(sp?) songs, but I really find myself interested o_o

Im intrested since I mean I am Hyde's wife after all. But I do look forward to it. If you have listened to Hyde's solo work. Then you should know who KAZ is.

HYDE ?! wow, i'm definitely show support if they release their 1st debut album :D hmm i think Hyde will be the one singing the song, while Kaz will be composing the song and stuffs ( just my opinion ) but i hope Hyde will stick close with L`arc en ciel also <^___^> they produce GREAT GREAT GREAT music ! |
Hmm, now that I think about it, wasn't there something like... Hyde wanted to release a new solo single, and he came up with a song before he started touring with Laruku, and he was going to see if he had time to maybe come up with another song and choose which one he'd release... but then he was too busy and decided to stick with that song anyway? I think I heard something like that. Is this what they were talking about?

KAZ does... something or other for HYDE's solo work(I don't really know, I'm not really a HYDE or L'arc~en~Ciel fan, nothing personal, I've just never bothered to download anything o_o)... SO I'm sure it'll be similar to that.

I dunno, just curious if they meritted one yet or not XD We could continue here too, I can't wait for a higher quality of the music video, I want to see if the shots where we can see a little skin are really so blurry or if it's Youtube quality =/

Yay! I saw them yesterday. It was good, but the sound balance was a bit out of wack - the guitars were overpowering HYDE's voice. Even though it's under a new name, it's still HYDE's solo project - most songs are from 666 and FAITH. The setlist last night was almost the same as August 1st except that they performed THE OTHER SIDE as number 14 instead of PRAYER. (I was hoping I'd get to see GLAMOROUS SKY, but oh well). I was surprised to hear Lucy in the sky with diamonds - but it was awesome!
