There are LOTS of great latin artists, but depend on what style you're looking for... Ayu-styled? or something different?

A great french singer is Alizèe, and some Celine Dion french tracks are good too.

It seems that you like female singers, so I'd recommend you music from my country, if you wanna listen :)

I definately recommend Nolwen Leroy. She won the second series of the French version of Fame Academy. I haven't heard the first album she released after the show, but her second Histoires Naturelles is excellent!

In French, I like Etienne Daho, his album L'invitation is teh hotness. And if you're into Hip Hop you might like Tragedie.
And I don't really like songs in Spanish, but Shakira's music in that language is fantastic. I also enjoy a bit of Thalia.

Marie-Mai is a really good french singer. I never bought any of her albums, but she's really popular in Quebec (french province of Canada).

you should try Anggun's musics, she's a trilingual singer (french,english and indonesian) ,her voice is quite deep and distinct..
honestly, i've never heard any of her french albums because they're not released here in my country, but i listen to the english ones, which are impressive..
she's promising in my opinion
Try googling and Wiki for her songs like : Au Nom de la Lune, un crime ...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Belanova their album Dulce 'Beat 2.0' is pretty amazing, they are the only spanish language music I listen to though.

As for french everyone's mentioned the music I listen to except Mylene Farmer I LOVE HER!!!!
