I lol-ed over this. It's a shame only TA members are eligible. Hopefully, perks like these will persuade more japanese to join TA and support ayu. It's not just TA but fanclubs of just about every japanese singer that requires an address in japan to join. Maybe the bag will sell on E-bay.

well you dont have to be japanese to join TA, just find someone that lives in japan and register on his/her address and youre a fully TA member :D

I think being in TA entitles you to a lot of stuff which would be difficult to accomodate an overseas fan should he/she join. I get the impression they would rather deliver the same amount of benefits to everyone in TA and keep it within the local community than to allow everyone all over the world to join but some benefits can only be given to the japanese members. Something like that happened in Amazing Race. They didn't allow a couple to board JAL because they didn't have enough meals on board. I think they feel service standards will be compromised if they can't treat everyone equally.

Someone said in another thread joining TA cost about 5000yen a year (roughly US$50 annually). Are you willing to fork out so much @_@

well actually you have the so called a and b course in team ayu... the first one is 6000 yen and the other one is 4000 yen... and the frist one offers some more things... but yes..... it is great to have something like team ayu... too bad she doesn't have an official shop you can visit and get stuff there like hello project does.... i was in one of those shops in tokyo... i loved it!!
