I still don't get why this photoshoot didn't come out as well as it should've. It looked like a gorgeous idea.

I hope that the alternate cover in the A COMPLETE photobook looks nice.

i've always loved glitter/fated pictures, i really want to see some of the unreleased covers! they probably have a lot

I think the shots could have come out a lot better than they did.
The covers could have been so gorgeous... and it ended up looking kind of cheap (in my opinion)

I think they just chose a really bad way to style her hair and have her pose..

Like, I totally understand why they blurred everything out like crazy in the background, but the way that the photos were taken [like the way the light hit her..] was just bad. I'd have liked a less wet-headed Ayu and a more "I just went in for a dip.." Ayu with some amazing gorgeous hairstyle than some wet mop-like do, you know?

i would've love if they took pics of ayu swimming underwater, and her dress flowing all over the place

I've always thought on how a pic like that would look.^_^

I like this pics, and the Glitter/Fated cover art is great! Better than the other releases off Guilty

These making of pictures look really nice. I agree with wanting a picture of Ayu underwater with her dress flowing, that would be great~

I dont think the pictures for the single look bad!!!!:( Maybe they could have looked greater but they did not look bad to me.Then again I do have weird taste. ?????

I loooove the last pic. That one, the face, the pose looks more real then the real covers. But like truehapiness says, Im veeery curious about how the alternative cover in the photobook will look like. ^^

the real covers don't look as good as these. They tend to overdo them and it makes them look fake.

I like her pose in the 2nd picture.

I always loved how the first picture was so out-of-place. Like, the whole single photoshoot is the beautiful horizon that is Hong Kong, and then you see a guy with an Apple laptop. :laugh

And in the second picture... Is that a full moon? It looks like it could be a light, but the antenna underneath it looks out-of-proportion to the moon-looking object.

I think the third picture is gorgeous. :)

About the 1st photo: Guy with a Mac = ND CHOW, who photographed the entire shoot. Generally, Ayu's photographers use Macs to display the photos that were just taken to show her and etc.

2nd photo, it could be a moon, but usually the moon's light doesn't have that blue shine to it.. it's usually yellowish..

I've never seen photographers use PCs.

While I do like the covers, the lighting was horrible. It appeared kinda fake looking, like the background was just a green screen or wallpaper and ayu was lit up way too much. The off shots capture much more of the mood there than the actual covers.

Btw, the "moon" is a lamp for the photo shoot.

I think the idea = nice.. but the execution = BLEH.

But they didn't have to do this. They could've had her in the city.. it'd have been so much more natural looking. [and her hair wouldn't be all fug.]

^I wouldn't change the scenario,I like it but I agree on the hair part,her hair is a mess on that cover.

Modern professional photo-taking sessions nowadays connect the camera to a Mac/PC so that the photos can be instantly uploaded, and the the model (Ayu) or some person-in-charge, would take a look at the shots and choose the good ones. That's also how Ayu selects the shots of her singles/albums (well, maybe in the past, when she used to do it personally. Now... I'm not so sure).

You win negative 10 dollars. Sorry to be blunt, but that's TERRIBLE. Seriously now. Just because you used MS Paint doesn't mean you can make stuff like that...

Excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me princess, I didn't do it to look flashy or fancy, I did it for laughs =/...What exactly else can I do with MS paint other than put font on there =/? I don't have fancier fonts, nor am I smart enough to make the colors all fluffy and pretty =/... All I did was crop it (If she was centered, the other girl's head would have shown up), and throw text on it =/ I did it because I liked that pose 10x better than the actual poses on the covers

Well, in all honesty, when a cover isn't liked, anything that ISN'T the cover is good.

Case in point: See AT06 vs. AT06 SPECIAL SIDE..

Yes. Basically, that cover >>>> the "real" cover to many people.

Same sorta goes for the AT05 real cover vs. the AT05 SPECIAL SIDE as well..

Well not really for me, since I think any of the booklet pictures for glitter/fated looked better than the actual chosen covers.

All these cover thingies made think,Ayu will have a gltter/fated alternative cover in A COMPLETE!Her hair and the scenario could be cooler there?

Well... I think that the spectrum goes a lot like this:

OFF SHOOT PHOTOS >>>>>>>>> BOOKLET EXTRA PHOTOS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> COVERS.

The covers were the least appealing, with the booklet photos being less disgusting, and the off shoots were unedited and lacked that orange-y hue that both the covers and booklet had, you know?

It's probable that the A COMPLETE PB image will be like, simply a different pose that everyone will like more. Same might go for BLUE BIRD. lol.

i love the disc 2 cover of AT06 a whole lot better
but i really love both of AT05~

Yea, while I have hope for the alternate cover in the photobook, I'm afraid it'll be too much like the original covers. Like a close up with a different expression. The weird orange look is most likely from the flash + upped saturation in post treatment so she'll still look weird.

Well, the post-production stuff might not look as bad in a textless alternate cover.. I guess we'll see next week when the PB leaks in some Chinese store.
