i consider T&T sempais because they're such inspirations to today's Johnnys. like father-figures, even to Arashi. they've been around longer too (just the debut dates are 3 years apart).

Tackey was the person that revolutionized Johnny's Juniors and even made them quite famous. i even think Tackey as a Junior was more famous than Arashi when they just debut.

many Johnny's today are inspired by Tackey. KANJANI8, KAT-TUN, & YamaPi speak of him highly~

Is it sempai's or senpai's?

moments keeps on saying sempai, but Karen says senpai. I'm confused, LOL.

^ yeah & despite the image that he portrayed of being a blockhead & that he can't draw to save his life (just like Kame & Sakurai :laugh) , he cares a great deal for the Jrs which's great & very giving

even KT sing praises to Tackey in that it's he that gave them the chance to hold the microphones to sing prior to their official debut

yeah, i get confused too, but in manga & even on one of my Japanese assignments i've seen it romanized in English as "sempai".

I wish they would release a single soon, or something like that.

as for the song, it's really laid back. i wish it were more oriental, but pretty decent song overall. and yeah, it's very old school JE, like, i can imagine this released in the 90s. xD

That album sure is nice. I think the last Kinki Kids song I have heard was SNOW! SNOW! SNOW!, so it's been quite a while for me.

Joshima from Tokio will be in a special drama series that will run for four episodes with each episode with a character of the same name but different actresses and situations and blood types. His episodes will be for the AB blood type, which looks to be the fourth episode.

You already found the answer. It's written as "senpai", but pronounced as "sempai" due the the "p". It applies to other words as well, like "shinbun" (newspaper) that is pronounced as "shimbun".
Either one should be fine. ^^

As for age, Nakai turned 36 sometime last year (when Ohno blew off the candles LOL). The other SMAP members should be around his age. You'll probably find their profiles on wiki. ^^

i believe out of all the current Johnny groups (SMAP & on), the oldest is TOKIO's leader Joshima Shigeru. he's 39, i believe. :O

as for married Johnny's SMAP's Kimura Takuya, TOKIO's Yamaguchi Tatsuya, & V6's Inohara Yoshihiko. there's more, but they're much older than SMAP.

SMAP is the oldest currently active group, i believe, other than Shounentai. but Shounentai barely releases nowadays. Matchy (Kondo Masahiko) just released a single, i think, but...yeah...let's just leave it at SMAP. xDDD

I didn't really have a group in particular but recently in JE a new group will debut 1-2 years after the most recent one. No new group debuted last year so this year I think we will get one :)

Now that I think about I wonder if Toma will ever debut in a group? and yeah ABC and Kiss my ft2 are there also D:

yeah Ikuta Toma's <3 , he did such a great job acting in Maou & he's now acting in VOICE

His acting skills are really good in VOICE.

I saw the first episode, and his character is really outgoing, and always joking around and stuff.

i know NOTHING about the current Juniors, LOL. so, they're not my expertise. all the Juniors i know now have already debuted (KAT-TUN prior to 2006...H!S!J...in 2007)

i just know Toma, HaseJun, Kazama Shunsuke, the Yamashita brothers, Tanaka Juuri LOL, & Morimoto Shintaro. also Anderson Casey...since that's the only guy's name i could read in the magazines. :laugh
