it doesn't look like it would fit sparkle very well, but we'll see. she looks cute in the yellow dress parts minus the hair. i'm not really expecting this to be any better than the rule pv was :no

...this is a MINUTE-long preview of the PV, we haven't even seen the video, and these pics are quite LQ. There may be more to the video that we haven't seen yet. We shouldn't really judge it quite yet until we see the video =)

Plus, the video may be a shot at how many people go on about the lyrics at the song. It may be taking a shot at how normally she's cute and adorable, but she's also got a more sexier, maybe a more edgier side.

Can't wait to see the preview! Since there's already a preview of it, I bet we'll be seeing the video in the next few days. =D

Looks like crap. I didn't want SParkle to have a PV because I knew it would ruin it for me.

It appears that the 80s Ayu sings in the BEGINNING of the song coz I see the "Boys" "Girls" lyrics...So maybe time will fly and she becomes that HOT RED AYU with the black hair tied like in HONDA's CM (love that look a lot).

Judging from the caps, the PV seems to be yet another STYLE PV with choppy scenes...(damn him >.<)

edit: I think the PV will suit EnergizE is better hahaha

Youtube link looks AMAZING!!!!!! perfect exactly as it should be. I love how the quiet begginning goes with the idol live then the black haired ayu comes in when the music picks up.

But thats the point. Shes spoofig the 80's idols i am asuming as the people shes spaking to in the songs, the ones who do nothing or whatever, and when the electronica picks up the black haired ayu makes a grand "entrance".

Love the chart thing. if you look closley not only does it switchayu songs but ayu;s name appears in japanese kanji, "ayu", and "hamasaki ayumi"
The celebrities/tv people watching it semmed to like it especially when the black haired ayu showes up.

I like the idea...its different and its not meant to be taken seriously. I just hope the pv is done nicely and not just random scenes shown one after the other that makes no sense.

I remember watching those song charts from music station specials and they really look and dance like that back then...XD

Yeah, it does seem, at least to me that they specifically had Seiko in mind. I've got Seiko performances where her hair, earring, pretty much everything are exactly the same. (I'm sure Zemus will come and confirm too) ^_^

Anyways, I believe the meaning of the video is probably what someone else speculated: 80s idols were more sweet and charming and didn't really sing about sex or anything and they were like a fantasy, then cut to modern day overt and sexed up and in your face Ayu. Shows the difference between the times. But really, I don't know if the modern day trend is actually better or right more than the old trend. Both eras have their good and bad points.

Also, the music show that she is supposed to be on a direct copy of the 70s/80s show "The Best 10" It was the music station of the day. (Music Station didn't start till '88)

From what I see so far, I like it at least better than Mirrorcle World. And I like that the PV didn't turn out to just be Ayu in the purple suit getting felt up by her dancers.

Sparkle looks a little bit weid but let's see the whole PV.

The 80's Ayu is cute, but that part looks a bit boring. The Red-Latex-Skin-Tight Ayu part looks interesting, I guess. I just want to see the part where she is like, surrounded by those red-latex-skin-tight guys XD That part looks so funny.

I have a feeling the 80s scenes will suit energizE better.

Ohh I see. Pretty cool concept, I really hope the full thing turns out great. It's been a while since I really liked one of Ayu's pv's.
