I guess the 3 new dancers are the ones that were introduced after encore in PCDL.

That just made my day. It looks just like the 'hakuchou pose' that me and my friends do to greet each other. It's like an inside joke.. We shape one hand to make it look like a birds head, and shout "hakuchou!" (which means swan - yeah, I know, it's really random!) at each other. This looks just like that pose.. although I realize it's probably more like a salutation. But still, I'm going to email this to my friends.. It's so cool!
