I think she means that she's looking yesterday rehearsal that has been recorded because she couldn't be there. In some AT documentaries (2007 for sure) we can see Ayu looking the aerodance rehearsal. I'll change my translation a bit because it's a bit confusing ^^

Sometimes I wonder though... I think the tour starts today in Japan and it seems like when everything's so last minute, how could you possibly get it all done in time and in good quality?
