As Google Earth and Google StreetView (or here ) show us, it truly is Avex's Building.


One thing we can say for sure: Ayumi has been there. Either for contract signing, internal meetings, plannings etc

For every Ayu fan, or any other Avex artist fan, this should be a definitely checkpoint when in Tokyo :D
The Avex Building seems to be only a few minutes of walk from Gaienmae Station, on the Tokyo Ginza Metro Line. I just can imagine Ayu in 1997 - 1998 taking the Metro to go at Avex :))
