well, considering number 1 is JE, i'm not surprised. they could record a cd of poop and sell it and it would top the oricon :laugh tegomass isn't so bad though, they have a few cute songs.

The best Ku singles are imo:
love across the ocean, real Emotion/Sen no kotoba, Yume no uta/Futari De, 4 hot wave, koi no tsubomi, Ai no uta and TABOO.

I hate that about boybands like Tegomass, NEWS, EXILE, TOHOSHINKI...
BUT it's not i hate them, even they have some good songs i like/love!

it's ok, boybands have to sell a lot more because they have to split the money anyway. kumi gets her profits (besides what goes to her company & whatnot) but imagine if you were in a group like news or toho.. splitting the money 5/6/7/8 ways :O

i love the 12 single collection, i don't think there's a single song that i dislike from it.

i don't really understand what girls see in most of the JE groups but w/e floats their boats i guess :shrug

i don't know any of her dancer's names tbh.. lol. even though i watch the dancer intro parts on her tours. i have no idea who is who.

though there is one dancer who i pick out, she's in lick me and has been with kuu for a while. the one with the curly blondish hair. :shrug

i am always like :luv2 KUMI though so i rarely pay them attention

Haha XD I only know 3 of the males.. Shinnosuke cuz he's HOT :heart, Shun cuz Kumi always hugs him in her backstage documentaries on her tours and OOBA who does really weird funny faces in performances :)

I thought it was going to rock the charts, it looked like it had so much potential. I went to Oricon today and I think in total its only sold like 50,000 ( :dead2 ).

I think its interesting that Ayumi has better single sales, while Kumi has better album sales. I wonder why? Maybe people like Kumi's album tracks better? NEXT LEVEL's album only tracks sucked hard.

it's the same with ayu's dancers though, i only know the gay one because everyone ******es about him and ayu :laugh

i would expect ayu to sell better in both departments since she's been in the business longer and has a generally larger fanbase, but i have to admit ayu's singles are much better than her album tracks.. next level's singles were promising but that album is :dead2.

And I agree, Ayu tends to have the better singles (R/S & G/D were amazing) but NL's album tracks were a real let down. Kuu's ones were awesome for TRICK... first time I liked every single track on an album

i know shun choreographed the dance in TABOO. i think he was in the PV, too. not so sure. i saw him alot in kumi's old performances and PVs, though.

Lately kuu tends to fill her albums with filler tracks.
TRICK had less filler tracks and I liked it more than the 2 latests of her.
Your Love is her most fillery to date though, it's like what it's doing there?
But the album as a whole is better than Kingdom and BC imo.
Also kuu's singles generally aren't so strong and some are pretty weak, she release one really good single song per year since 2007 (2007 - BUT 2008 - TABOO 2009 - still not here? unless if she won't have another BUT/TABOO level songs and ECSTASY will sadly take the place for this year and it's not as strong as BUT and TABOO at all).

The TABOO dance was so awesome...

Out of all the Kuu dancers, I've only been able to recognize that one girl with the curly hair. I noticed that she was in TABOO and show girl..oh, and the 3 SPLASH PV's too.

But really..uhh..Edge..Shuya's gay. :laugh Hell, my gaydar went off too..

Her girl dancers.. I don't really pay much attention to them.. I don't know their names either.. Kumi dances herself so she's my favourite :D :D

If I had some performances of her concerts on my computer I would make screencaps. I know all her dancers, they're quite easy to recognize for me.

Taiwan concert? Sorry, BUT... Is she THAT popular to give concert in Taiwan? I've heard that even Namie wasn't able to sell all tickets to her concerts... And it's not her first time there...

There are just 5000 seats, they're in a university or something like that.
