Boy bands & girl bands
 

I'm just curious to see if anyone else is REALLY sick of the boy/girl band trend in Korea, and to a lesser extent, Japan (maybe with the exception of certain songs). It's driving me crazy, because when I go to look for new music and try new artists, this is what I find!

Granted, I'm sure many of you love that sort of music, and if you do, it's all good. I don't want this to be a flame or anything. :no

i can't stand boybands, but i LOVE korean boybands. their music is :heart
i love them korean girlbands as well.

but i can't stand japanese girlbands and boybands (i do like some though). so idk what to vote for lol :D

I dont really know much groups, since I'm mostly into solo singers. Theyre good I guess, but I havent listened to much :P

mostly girlband.. and I think only 2 girlband i like those are SPEED and dream

hmmm well I picked the first one, but I only like some of them, such as Perfume, Arashi, KAT-TUN and BeForU. It all depends on their music really.
If they were a solo artist, but had the same music I'd like them just as much!! :)

I support artistes that're both solo & groups

groups wise , I tend to lean more towards Johnny's & non Johnny's bands & it depends on my mood . Some days I want to switch off to Johnny's & just plug on rock bands to listen to

i wish they would slow down on the girl bands in korea @_@ they just keep popping up and it's getting rather irritating because they all sound the same, IMO. i only like 2ne1 because they're different.

i like some in Korea, they put out awesome catchy music and can actually dance and are great performers :yes

Well I do mostly mean KPop, not the JPop aidoru groups that have been popping up for ages.

Boy bands are alright (well, minus ALL the Johnny's) not a big fan of girl bands tho...

They are okay, but I prefer solo-artists.

Yes, but mostly girlbands. I'm more into solo artists, but I really like some Korean girlbands (for an example 2NE1). I'm not really into boybands... But I do listen DBSK sometimes, though. Well, I still think solo artists are the best. :P

Johnnys are horrible, most boygroups are ok, I dont like thweir music but its okay that they exist, girlsgroups are more annoying(Perfume o.0 They make me want to die)

I'm not sure how true's that since my stand's that if I don't listen to so & so , I will NOT say anything bad about them

Hmm well some of them are annoying but I listen to NEWS, Big Bang, DBSK, Super Junior, MM... and some more bands with exceptions.

But I don't like KAT-TUN, Cute, Tegomass, Kanjani8 and silly subgroups which are boring and definitely bad. I tried Perfume but realized I can't stand their musical style. SHINee is also annoying.

So I voted for "I love them" but I don't love them all.

all the j-pop boybands i've listened to all sound the same for some reason.. o___O i cant tell their voices apart, that might also apply for solos, but idk.

Boybands are good. :3 I love KAT-TUN the most of course but I also listen to NEWS and DBSK and some random songs from EXILE and Arashi as well. At first it felt so strange to listen to them but now I really like them a lot. <3

I like them both, but I like girl groups the best. :D

I love them, but only korean ones. I do not care for japanese ones or I like only few groups.

sincerely, its not my style. the only boybands i ever liked were the american backstreet boys and nsync when i was like 6-7 maybe. yeah. korean boy bands. cant do it. girl bands never ever.

currently I love girl bands! There's no better boy band than TVXQ IMO... :yes

SuJu is the closest one but they're so slow releasing their works... :(
