Well, IF ever they're under avex, i think avex will still find a way to promote them in Korea, i believe it..

but whatever it is, if they stay in SM, then SM should really be careful in handling the boys' contract.. no more slave contract..let the boys do what they want.. let them express themselves.. give them royalties!

all in all, i want the boys back on track.. perform as 5 again..

Anyway, I'm really glad the court is in favor of the boys... I think to them, getting less-than-deserved pay is secondary, to them, they really want to be treated like proper humans. As musicians, it's very cruel if their agent/company doesn't credit them or let them have patents to the songs they compose... it's something really inhumane imo, and if that is solved, I think they will be much happier. :)

And I really love their Korean songs lol! MIROTIC is full of sexy goodness... I love every single fast/dance song and Picture Of You is :heart~

I agree, there is something lacking in the Japanese version of O :yes Maybe because they recorded the song when their Japanese wasn't as fluent as it is now :shrug It must have been hard to record their first songs in Japanese.

One of DBSK's subbing teams (GOE;SS) have said they'll be subbing Jaejoong's movie. They're the same group who's subbing Yunho's drama and the softsubs for the first few episodes came out within' a few days. There's also DBSKnights, but I'm not sure if they're taking on this project. Then there are individual subbers here and there on Youtube who might sub it.

amorphose: They filed the lawsuit on July 31st so it hasn't been that long. They attempted to negotiate with SM privately several times but SM pretty much ignored them, thus this lawsuit was filed and everything blew up from there.

My guess on why they waited until now to speak up is because they have a very large impact in the industry atm, especially now that they have great success in Japan to back them up. They actually stand a chance against SM now. If it was some newbie group, they would have just get tossed aside for newer talents, unfortunately. This case got huge coverage not because it's artists vs management but because it's DBSK vs SM.
