Ok so Bascially ever since i posted my "POst your London Experience When you were in London" and i also showd my youtube video where Ayu stayed at (hotel wise) too!... So basically thanks to all your support and all your views. I actually got a email from Youtube saying this

It's so RAW video that the Avex management (and Ayu herself) might want to consider this - because this video was home video and made by a fan, not made by Avex or any major media...

I think it's legit. They'll put ads on your video and stuffs I think and when you're extremely popular on Youtube they send you stuffs. Like Youtube sent a Nexus one to someone.

That's awesome! I got an offer like that myself. (but couldn't accept it, since it's a copyrighted video they haven't caught yet, lol)

It's legit, one of google's biggest sources of income (if not their biggest) is their ad engine. A ton of the ads you see online are powered by that. What they do, in the youtube case, is they put an ad on youtube videos with a lot of traffic and pass on a percentage of the profit to the uploader. Sort of a way of encouraging people to upload original content.

Haha.. Yeah im quite suprised myself and very happy. I have no idea how the whole payment works and how much i get payed for. But im guessing it's maybe like every view i get a little bit fo money, or maybe every certain amount of views. No idea..

Maybe my best friend receive this e-mail, I don't know (He's working at this moment) because our vidéos of Ayu in London have more than 10 000 views for the first and 14 000 views for the second....

Hey everyone. Sorry for bumping such a late thread... but i thought it would be better to bump this one rather than making another thread... As many of you may know... while ago Youtube has asked if i should apply revenue for a youtube video i made when Ayu was in London... that video didn't have Ayu in it but it just had a video clip of outside the hotel she was at... Anyways... I recently got another email asking about Another Revenue share... To be quite honest i did not make these videos so that i could gain money out of it... I simply made these videos to show many Ayu fans out there and AHS a few little clips to not only prove she was in London, but it was a nice gesture to show everyone this i guess?

But i thought well if it's a oppotunity i may as well take it... However i recently got an email about mm... *this* *points below*

Lol i mean does Youtube want me to actually ask Avex if i can put this video up or something? o_O I mean i gave youtube my very own raw copy of the video i caught on camera... I'm just wondering what kinda "owner rights permission" i actually need lol... I can simply disable Revenue Sharing off Youtube... Which to be quite honest i should of done so i wouldn't have to deal with this.. Bah..

Oh by the way.. The video the email is referring to is the one where the three fans from france sang Curtain Call to Ayu

I explained about how the raw copy i recorded on my camera was the most evidence i could give them etc etc.. They basically emailed me how they "need proof that i am able to use the song composition and lyrics commercially.

I just personally replied and said i'm not really interested in the money making from my videos, though my purpose of my youtube videos was to be able to show and share my videos to many fans out there. I simply just disbaled all my revenue sharing videos to save all the hassle.. It was a nice oppotunity they gave me... But obviously my real purpose of my videos wasn't to make money out of it.

Yes. I do regret taking the offer now :yes... However it was just a nice oppotunity in the end and what youtube thought of my videos (kinda)... in the end... Making money from videos you made can be quite a serious business... And i dont think i am one of those people... I'm glad i just simple disabled the whole revenue thing lol sure was annoying.
