it's really annoying when i saw this,why they like to cover Ayu's song without giving the credit to her or Avex?the worst is they state that the lyrics is written by that vietnamese singer :eviltongu plus, the outfit and the hair just look like Ayu's at PCDL :rolleyes

it's good that they like Ayu's music but do please give the credit to the right person and legally cover the song :grumpy that's really unfair for Ayu,i wonder if Ayu and Avex know about this,and if so what will happen? or she knows but take no action to it

And that guy who did Marionette, that one was really good too, I loved the ad lib twists he gave to the song in the end, and kinda wish that ayu did them too lol!!

But ayu's versions are still the best for me at the end of the day. :yes

Seriously, not every artiste has as much as control over their careers like Ayu. It's kinda obvious their record companies feed them these songs... it should be the companies we're flaming, not that the artistes. It's not like they had **** for voices all look like ogres... we need more compassion people!

I think this woman does a nice job :).

I haven't heard it. And not like I'm disappointed... Not even 1% good as Ayu's version. IMO

Actually its not that bad, of course Ayu's version is like 100x's better.

It kinda normal for Vietnamese Artist to do covers songs. I've listened to many Vpop music and I was surprise by so much cover songs they've done. They just use the melodies or mixes the melodies and then change the lyrics. I've agreed that they should gotten permission or at least credit the origanal artist but normally they don't.

Yeah this was mentioned before, personally I think this cover is horrible. The covers on Depend on you and Marionette was much better. You could actually understand what they are saying, or well you can barely hear the lyrics clearly enough in this cover (I don't think she annunciate the words very well) to understand them and I'm fluent in Vietnamese so unless my Vietnamese is a lot worst then I think it is or this is just that bad.

Another thing if they are going to take a song, its not exactly necessary for them to give credit to Ayu if they are just taking the music, the credit should be given to the composer, because while this is Ayu's song and it would be nice to say it was originally by her she didn't actually write the song, she wrote the lyrics yes, but not the music and when they cover songs in another language they tend to change the lyrics and its meaning.

there also the really old cover of depend on you its came out umm around 02-03 i think because she said she been sing it for almost 6 years, she did mention it was originally by a japanese artist IDK if the cover is official or not though (you need to skip to about 1:14 before the song start)

Who cares if it's pirated, sounds terrible or whatever? Having all those "copycats", etc means Ayu is huge in the industry

That's why, no doubt, there are many trying to copy her. XD

Well...I think Van Navy did a really nice job! I liked how she added the echoey twist to it (especially in the chorus). She manipulated the chorus very beautifully in my opinion lol.

But shame on her for pirating :gnash!

While many of these covers aren't bad, I hate how they're direct covers. At least jazz it up a little bit, y'know? The fans will figure out the tune immediately and well... if it's used without permission, things will only go downhill from there XD
