Frozen: 'Let it go' Japanese ver.

I absolutely adore this beautiful song from disney movie Frozen! And the japanese version is very beautiful imo. The singer is May J., under rhythm zone (sublabel of avex track) and the song is called Let it go - Ari no mama de -
It was released digitally (I think) the first week of January.

Thanks for sharing!!! I absolutely love this movie and this song. The japanese version is as beautiful as the english and german versions I know.

I love this version a lot more than the Korean version; but I've always secretly liked May J. :x

I can't stand this song and I really don't know why it's an Oscar nominee...

Because Frozen is a flawless movie? You're in the minority that doesn't enjoy this song/film. But it has worldwide acclaim and praise.

When I said I didn't like the movie? I said I don't like the song, don't put words in my mouth ^^ I didn't watch the movie so I can't tell a thing about it but I heard the song and i really don't like it. I'll watch the movie asap.

Demi's version sucks! It's hard to top Idina Menzel

brener 20th January 2014 05:13 PM

yeah, I think I don't like the song mostly because of Demi :~

Japanese film version seems not as strong....just based on that short snippet. Still lightyears better than Korean, Cantonese (???? seriously wtf), and Mandarin (awkward lyrics much?) though.

Love it!

tokyoxjapanxfan 24th January 2014 09:02 AM

That was so cool! Thanks for sharing! :) Language is so amazing.

It's so upsetting that the Japanese release date is in MARCH.

SKYia 24th January 2014 08:20 PM

Actually I fell in love in the Japanese short fragment from the 25 language version because it was so soft and nice, but the clip version seems to be missing this soft fragment and has different ending which I like less, I wish I could see the Japanese in-movie version.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't stand the Levato version.
