Can't read all Kanjis cause of the quality of the photo, but it looks like a mini-album with 5 songs and 2 CD only versions.

Looks like the 2 different versions will have 5 songs in common? Unless i'm misunderstanding... So I guess, some of the songs will be different depending on the version

The latter part says 収録楽曲末定:5曲入り.
So 5 songs in total.
