Ayu's "fairyland" a nominee in "Best Pop Video"
 

Ayu's "fairyland" PV was nominated for the best pop video at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2006. It will compete against:

Don't Phunk With my Heart (Black Eyed Peas)
Hollaback Girl (Gwen Stefani)
Real Love, Real Heart (Kaela Kimura)
Another group was nominated, but I'm not sure who they are.

The other one is REMIOROMEN's "Konayaki"!!!!! One of the best songs of last year.

I don't think Ayu will win against them, but happy that she's nominated anyway.

Personally I think she had better pvs than fairyland but anyhow congrats for her nomination.

Love fairyland!! Such a pretty PV. But I wish Alterna (just the coolest PV ever), Ladies' Night & Rainy Day could have been nominated as well.
