I got into a fight with my friend yesterday....
it was when I played Ayu's music with my laptop at my classroom and my friend who sit behind me was like "Hey! It's ayu! xD"

I thought I found a new fan here xD but it turned out not, as he went like, "Isn't that the Plastic-Surgery-J-pop queen?" and I was like, "O.O"

I told him that she wasn't. As I showed him bunches of pictures while keeping my iTunes on Shuffle with Ayu's songs.
He told me that he likes the music, but he cannot stand her fake looks, that's why he didn't want to be her fans. And he also said that he know some websites that has old ayu pic and her looks wasn't like that....so couple days after that discussion he showed me those pics. Gosh....and I told him that I have no idea about that pics and that her big eyes in her recent pics are just make-ups and no surgeries....and there it's over....

but I'm still curious with that pics...could someone re-assure me?

The picture on the right was scarily photoshopped by those magazine people, if you couldn't tell. It's so different from her real face .. o_o

At least, it always looked like that to me.. I hate when they photoshop her eyes all huge D:

Use a pusher, get many make-up artists and get expensive retouching and photoshopping.. and this is what you get =)

I think a lot of makeup, editing, and her just having her eyes wide open will make her eyes look bigger like that. Also, isn't there something you can do with your eyelid to make your eyes look bigger? >__<

Phew...that's relieving...I know Ayu wouldn't do any surgeries.
That means all of this misunderstood is the photoshoppers' fault.

Hmm, can anyone add proves to her latest concert images? Especially the close-up pics? So I have a proof...

I looked at a promotional picture of Trust and a clip of Ayu in 'rainy day'. I found no differences at all. Her eyes were exactly the same, as was her face and stuff. ;/

If your friend's going to let something like "fake looks" get in the way, then it's his loss, I suppose. :o

well actually i have to therories that i think coudl be the reason for the change, makeup or photoshop, white yeliner can make eyes look bigger and so can computers. Her facial expressions are completely differerent, if you looked in the mirror and made those two faces that she did, i'm sure that you'd find a difference in the way you looks. Her eyes were wide in that pic, in the other one, she was smiling, making her eyes squint up, you see? Fro her lips, certain lip make up can decieve aswlel, btu also smiles she makes can make them look bigger or smaller too. If you look at her face during a live talk show, you'll prolly notice these things, if not, then check out the pic of Ayu without makeup.

her eyes are officially BIG when she was a little kid...when she was born..

Plus yeah those 2 pics are very odd to compare... not the same expression and makeup does alot trust me! Thats why I use it :yes

She smiles in the old picture! WHat happens when you smile? Your eyes narrow. She doesen't smile in that other picture! Please just use some common sense. This is getting just like the copycat threads do...

And look at the pictures by maxter, her eyes look just the same as now andshe even has double eylids...

In the second picture you posted (the double one) she also has different expressions, and the right ayu is probably altered. Notice hpw the mouth looks different and even her hair is higher in the right part.

some of my friends are so sure ayu has surgeries and I always think she didn't ... but i never knew how to really defend her .. but with some of the pics from this thread, i can easily prove to them in the future ... :)

First of all, I just have to say that your friend is weird. Not wanting to like Ayu because he suppose she had sugery? I mean, he said he likes her music but he doesn't want to be a fan because he thinks Ayu made her eyes bigger? That's just stupid. Hey, I just realized Kuu had done her eyes. Heck, it's not gonna effect anything on me. I wouldn't care if Ayu did 10 plastic sugeries on herself. Her music is still awesome and that's what matter. Not liking an artist just for that is just sooooo silly.

Sugery or not, what's the difference anyway? We shouldn't rely on looks only.

And, we can't assure you if she did or not change her eyes. It was never confirmed. :shrug
