Ayu would never retire without throwing a big "farewell tour" beforehand. However I could see her go on a hiatus once TROUBLE tour ends, for like a year or two.
|
This is just her saying that this is the real finale of the Trouble tour. I wouldn’t read much more into it...If she were to retire there would be an official announcement issued from avex and herself and not just an instagram post. They would want to milk the tour as much as they possibly can and release N compilations along the way. So no reason to panic.

i actually hope she has a year or two to herself and her newborn babyboy :love
she can always come back to us but her baby will grow and she might miss all those "for the first time he...." stuff :no Quote:

I think the post is just Ayu being overdramatic as usal xD

I really hope she does CDL as well this year, I can’t go earlier... and if the time of retirement really comes (fingers crossed not to), she announce it properly so we can get our pouches ready and see her. |

I think ayu feels a retirement would be an abandonment to the fans. A common theme throughout her work is "a dream that never ends." I think another theme in her lyrics if I'm not mistaken, is the agony of wanting something to last forever, but being helpless to the fact that eventually it just slips away. Wasn't there a lyric something to the affect of "as soon as I realize I have something/feel happiness, I'm immediately seized by a fear of losing it." I think the way for her to deal with this is to give others something to hang onto - something that never ends. She may not be able to control holding onto things for herself, but I think because she knows the pain of abandonment, she has reserved to never be responsible for inflicting such a pain on others. She has reserved to, as much as she can, deliver something that's neverending. Even if it comes down to just one person left listening to her, she will not abandon them, because that's one person who, by her leaving, such a pain will be inflicted upon.
Hell, I'd venture to say it's not just the fans at this point. It's all those around her, her entourage, the people who depend on her, who she supports and fuels life into. |
The venue in Yamagata on July 4th has changed from Yamagin Hall to Yamagin Kenmin Hall in the Yamagata Arts center.
Results are out! I have Nagoya, Gifu, and Osaka. |
