You need to set your region in LINE to Japan, then you can find her official channel and follow it.

^ In my version of LINE, if you click on the 3 dots icon on the right, then go to Official Accounts, you can scroll all the way to the bottom to search in another country. Change to Japan. Then in the search bar if you type Ayu, it should be the first result that comes up.

I finally got the LINE app to work and added her account to follow but latest video on her timeline is the livestream from 29/7. Should I look somewhere else for new content?

I'm not sure what's with the LINE blocking mentioned here. Some countries (e.g. governments) don't allow LINE?

I don’t know others, but I can’t access LINE when I in China mainland (Taiwan and Hong Kong works fine).

LINE is banned in Russia because our country wants to have access to all users' details and messages when it needs them for monitoring dangerous activities/investigations or whatever reasons, but LINE apparently ignored this demand.
