American Downloads.
 

It has been brought to the attention of the staff that some people may occasionally post American releases in the artist threads in the General and Asian Music chat sections (or anywhere on the forum for that matter). Due to the new rules regarding American downloads, anybody caught doing this will receive an infraction and the entire thread will be trashed immediately without exception. Please don't try to find ways to bypass this rule.

Don't request American releases and don't post links to sites where they can be found.

Basically we do not want any discussion at all about how to obtain downloads of American CDs.

I hope I'm allowed to ask a question here....Whats about asian releases that were later released in america as well? Like Utadas "This is the One" album, afterall it isnt released in america yet, so does it count as japanese release at the moment? And will it count as american release as soon as its released in america?

^If it's being released in America, then it's considered an American release.

If a song will be released in the USA then it can't be posted here. The release date doesn't matter.
