Slight Glitch in the Layout

I've noticed this ever since the RAINBOW was added. If you look where the arrow is, the rainbow pattern is repeated where the "Rated thread is. . ." text, even though the pattern was already there. Here's a screenshot.

Now that I think about it, that does look a little wierd. Shouldn't the background just be what its on?

In the default html coding, that area was just a flat color, along with the rest of the box. I changed it to reflect the Rainbow layout, and I don't think it's really a glitch...

The only reason I called it a "glitch" was because the rainbow background seemed to already be there in the box correspoding with the others while where the Rated thread is. . . is located, the rainbow pattern was repeated while the original was still there. I just wanted to point it out.
