Since April I have seen the Playbuttons here in Tokyo at Tower records and such, but as of the last month they are nowhere to be seen. Give it time and they will be OOP!

are they being display out? my friend went last mth and he said that HMV place them in a box and just took the box out for him to choose =.= kinda like for sale item.... but the price isn't... Don't they usually display out the new items =.=?

Yes they were displayed. (At Tower Records) In April, when party queen first came out, they were right there on the Party Queen display, then, they were with all her other albums/singles they were selling, usually on the top shelf.

^^All of my 18 playbuttons just sit with the rest of my ayu collection and I spent like almost $700 total on all of them. I'm not getting rid of mine! haha

Yeah there are a bit useless. I think this playbutton could have been great before the mp3 player but now it's so...obsolete.

For me I'm not one of those wealthy Ayu fan, so I only bought one of my favorite album only. (Love songs)

I think if it's priced at 1500-1900 yen, it's a nice decoration on your clothes, haha
