ayumi hamasaki has announced her TA Tour for the first time in 12 years since "ayumi hamasaki LIMITED TA LIVE TOUR" in 2003!! She said on the stage on the last day of "The Final", "I want to see TA members as much as possible!!"

This tour will be a special event for only TA members and it will definitely be a special day and you are a lucky winner if you can get tickets on October 2nd, which is ayu's birthday!!

I just received an email from TA stating that Zepp Sapporo performance scheduled for November 2 has been cancelled. I'm worried about ayu. :(:(

Wah. ;( I was going to go to the Sapporo concert. I'm so so so so so sad....But hope Ayu gets better soon.

I am just so ridiculously scared that she may be getting negative messages from people who are angry that the show was cancel instead of positive messages that will let her know how much we love her and wish for her speedy recovery. I sent a few messages thru TA and hope many others sent her all their love as well. But some people are real jerks. My faith in humanity has been gone latetly.

Who knows what's really going on with her, I would just hope that after being in the industry for so long, that she would have developed somewhat of a thick skin to this kind of thing. :/

^I hope so too but no matter how thick your skin one is only human. You can only take BS for so long before you get tired of it.

She thanked fans on Twitter for positive messages, so you don't have to worry at least about that. In Russia treatment takes 2-3 weeks, so further concerts might be canceled too...

I'm afraid of that posibility. :(

I think she will at least cancel the Hiroshima concert too.

I'm actually hoping they'll cancel next week's concerts, because I find it way more important for her to give priority to her health. Hopefully she can reschedule those later, so the fans will still be able to attend the concert :)

Her discography was much smaller at the time, but she did perform older songs like "poker face" and "TO BE" that really didn't get much tour time back then. I think that's also the only time she's performed "Dolls" live (that I can think of offhand...?)

I'm glad Ayu is continuing to rest up, that she's no longer performing through illnesses. Plus she's not as young and durable, honestly. And I mean that positively because it shows she's human just like the rest of us, and that these things happen to even the best of us. Plus I'd be more worried if she continued to perform, or performed too early. She could have worse lifelong problems if she really pushes herself. I think that's why she has knee problems every now and then. It's like a sports player than continuously aggravates an injury. Without proper care, things can get worse.

Her hair is just like namie some how. Lol anyways I love how different her outfits are.

Overall for a scaled down show, her outfits were all very fresh and fun. She opened with the plaid outfit which made her look SO youthful, in a really good way. The dress was fun and flirty and looked very polished without looking old or stuffy. The jumpsuit is what it is, but she wore that during the dance song medley part and it really fit. I think she changed her encore outfits, but for her birthday show it was just one of the tour one piece shirts.

Overall, I think this type of styling is very good for her. She's obviously very polished and fashionable, but she's lost the "cool" quality that she had when she was younger. It's more expensive fashion now. I think if the general public saw her more in these types of outfits it would really help her image, and make her seem young and accessible to a younger audience.

Yeah, feels as if it's too soon to perform again.

The animal print outfit is a disaster.

So now I'm very curious that the shows are all cancel or remaining but depend on Ayu's health situation because I have to travel from oversea just for her. If all shows are cancel, I will not go. My ticket is on 24 Nov at Zepp Tokyo.

I want to see her so so much because I am waiting for her for 8 years.

I'm also worried because i think it's way too soon but i don't think her doctor would let her perform if there were major risks of her condition getting worse because of it.

^ Well, a doctor can only give advice. He can't stop her. Remember, doctors told her to rest after her fall during Dome Tour 2001 rehearsals, but she performed anyway (according to the NTV 2004 Documentary).

That said, we don't know how severe her pneumonia is/was. Maybe she healed fast.

According to mixi Ayu looked healthy and her voice was good.
She performed Days, acapella of Appears, Key. The rest was the same as in Fukuoka.

Ayu just needs bed rest. This is not a cold, its something that got into her lungs. Though she would have the best care I imagine, its still something not to take lightly.

Ayu sang Diary together with Michie and Timmy. Overall here vocals are said to be very good today!

Gotta say I didn't like the song when Michhie sang it. I hope I'll warm up to it after hearing ayu's version.

Diary will be released as his digital single. Also Ayu's husband was spotted when she was leaving the venue in her car.

Fans are complaining that MC part was excessively long and they got tired.
A lot of them are frustrated that there's still no info on cancellation/rescheduling of Sapporo concert.

The two shows I went to had MCs that were about an hour long, and yes, quite boring because it's just joking around, interaction with dancers and band, and ayu signing things for people randomly picked out of the audience via lottery of their ticket number. :dead2

That sucks. I hope no international fans flew in to Japan for this event. :/

Possible issues: Snowy weather? Schedule at Zepp Sapporo too busy? More likely the latter, not the former (since Sapporo and pretty much of Hokkaido is blanketed with snow for just about through the winter)

Actually its schedule was more than open! There were many, many days available. This whole situation leaves a very bad taste in mouth. Fukuoka concert got easily rescheduled while Sapporo fans are abandoned. So much for Ayu saying just wait for me Sapporo, we'll definitely come. And what's the worst - Avex made fans wait for almost month for cancellation announcement.

Wow, I was reading Japanese forums today, and so many dissappointed fans were writing that they want to hear from Ayu about cancellation of Sapporo show and that maybe we should ask her about that through TeamAyu message form. I did like many others. And guess what? She did just write message for Sapporo fans. Although it's a little bit cruel to ask to wait for her again without telling when approximately it can happen...

Seriously? It's not just because the list of scheduled artists on the hall's site seems to have free dates that she could have just rescheduled the concert on whatever date is available and done it. There's a big production behind each concert (even if they are smaller than the Arena Tours, it still takes big preparations) and for some reason it probably wasn't doable on those new circumstances. Plus, she has to start preparing for the CDL that will be extremely close by the time the Sapporo concert could be rescheduled. It's not "cruel", it's just unfortunate (she didn't plan on getting sick and canceling the concert, it just happened)...
I'm sure she'll be performing there during next year's tour.

Of course they would be dissapointed, they paid money and want to see her too.
Re-scheduling might not be so easy for one place just like another.
I do hope it's not going to end up like namie's Okiwana 20th anniversary show cancellation (even if the reason was the earthquake) where she didn't re-schedule it, but then again she got away with it with no one saying anything so go figure.

If ayu will decide not to re-schedule for this tour so they will probably get their money back at least. It would suck if it wouldn't be re-scheduled but there's probably a reason for that.

Inviting those fans to the CDL would be a good move, rather unprofitable but maybe more in the long run...

It was a typhoon actually and it ended up doing damage to the stage that had been set up. But beyond that, rescheduling a concert in Okinawa is a lot harder. From what I understand, the majority of people going to the show were people flying in for it. And with a typhoon going on, flights were canceled, so a lot of the audience wouldn't have been able to get there anyways and if it were rescheduled, people would need to rebook flights/hotels etc. I have a feeling it will be tried again for her 25th anniversary.

That would be nice, but Sapporo is quite far and I don't think most of them would be able to go...

So it is official that Sapporo can't be re-scheduled but all tickets will be fully refunded and ayu posted a sorry message on team ayu blog and says she's still willing to go there again.

About the cancellation of the concert, welll, people should learn that it's not easy to reschedule for a bunch of reasons beyond their control. The last three months, I created an event and there were a lot of things we couldn't do because of constants (the weather being one of them for example). We even tried to change the date without success.
