On May 5, 2010, Nakagawa released her debut single, "Jijitsu ~12sai de Watashi ga Kimeta Koto~", under avex trax. The title track is autobiographical about her struggles with her parents' divorce. I like the song... but the covers kinda ruin it, she looks sweeter in the vid :dead2.

Polyrhythm 4th May 2010 08:00 AM

Sadly not all the Ayumi's avex takes under its wings have Hamasaki-esqe looks/covers :( She has a solid voice though...but there's nothing about her that really stands out.

Lee^ChaN 4th May 2010 08:16 AM

whoa!! she has amazing voice for a 14 years old girl!!
A talented one!

AyuGAME 4th May 2010 09:36 AM

*Petit* 4th May 2010 03:10 PM

Impressive! And I quite like the song. Her voice reminds me of ayaka's a bit.

hpg23 4th May 2010 04:20 PM

like, hello¿?

ストロボ・EdGE 4th May 2010 04:34 PM

OMG I'm so sorry for you little Nakamura Ayumi! This is sooo attention/pity seeking it's disgusting.

The girl is singing of how she's traumatized because she had to change her last name because her parents divorced and she keeps whining how she's abandoned. Srsly, the little quotes around that video are so retarded and pity seeking. When they asked her what kind of adult she wanted to become, her response was "A parent who can make their children happy"....

Everyone's parents divorce sweetie.

keikeiaznqueen 4th May 2010 05:13 PM

^ I agree. In the comments on the youtube video there are also people writing in Japanese reacting negatively to her selling pity, despite that she's quite talented.

She sings well though. I like her voice. If only the lyrics weren't so damn whiny and annoying. >(

JackieRos 4th May 2010 05:52 PM

just 14! I love her voice

Mirai Noah 4th May 2010 06:02 PM

I really like her voice :)

wildconnetta 4th May 2010 06:33 PM

@Edge: Not everyone's parents divorce...my parents have been happily married for 27 years (on July 1st)

dreamland2.0 4th May 2010 07:37 PM

^haha yah not quite a true statement, eh?

Anyways she has a nice voice, but she needs a stylist badly...

Can't you sense a hyperbole?

She's drawing pity to herself and attention when in fact many, many people's parents have divorced.

Yeah I read those; it's really ridiculous. Good look to you Ayumi. And if you're so traumatized by changing your last name, maybe you should've debuted as Mihara Ayumi.

She is awesome and i can't believe shes only 14! her voice is great but the covers are .... :puck

I love the song too :luv2

primavera♥ 4th May 2010 09:10 PM

ah. well her voice is pretty. but after a while the song is just okay. . .and it doesnt sadden me as much as i thought it would. or not much at all. cant believe shes a yr younger than me though. . . shes really showcasing her parents divorce thingy. (i guess im just to used to like half of my friends having divorced parents and not stressing)

pretty voice though.

AyUta 5th May 2010 03:49 AM

I'm going to follow her too. :) The song is nice.
