hello,I buy 5 ayupans in yesasia,2 of arena tour 2009 and 3 of rock n roll circus album, when i buy,in yesasia said, shipping date 15 june, but in the mail that they send me to confirm order said, shipping date 19 june
when they shipping my ayupans?
I hope that they will shipping on 15,i can't wait xD

Alebori 14th June 2010 02:54 PM

The date of shipping is 19 june wich yesasia send on confirmation by mail. Surely the ayupans will arrive as soon as possible. You dont be surprised if the ayupans arrive before 19 june Yesasia is the best and more efficient:lech:lech

.. You serious? In my experience, YesAsia orders arrive at least 1, and usually about 2 weeks after the shipping date.

Maybe it's different for each country, or I was just unlucky :)

But yeah they'll ship the 19th, and like I said from my experience, they'll probably arrive at the end of June / beginning of July.

toniayu 14th June 2010 05:59 PM

ooh,i can't wait for july xD,i want my ayupans now >_<,c'mon yesasia,c'mon

Tom Punks 14th June 2010 06:02 PM

Yeah, Yesasia is definitely not the most efficient. XD They're really slow~

2Hurt 14th June 2010 06:11 PM

Yeah I think they're slow aswell... but you'll get an confirmation when they shipped your order so it will be ok, just be patient, I know it's hard to wait for packages haha :D

YA???? arrive before the shipping date?

This great service has never happen before, i only get that kind of service with CDJapan, using EMS.

with YA, my mails arrive like 10 to 21 days after shipping, the worst case have to lost mails from them.

toniayu 14th June 2010 06:17 PM

i have fear... O_O

2Hurt 14th June 2010 06:26 PM

They never lost anything from me it just takes 2 - 3 weeks to get to me :) Don't worry you will get your items, it will just take a while...

hearted 14th June 2010 06:30 PM

i always get my stuff within 1 week! and if its delayed they send me an email about it :yes

Yoake 14th June 2010 06:36 PM

I don't think there are slow. It's depend if you take the free shipping (2weeks) or the quick shipping.
The shipping can take a long time because of country.
Personnally I'vnever had any problem with YA.

Ayusan 14th June 2010 07:07 PM

Most of the date are an expected shipping date, for my ringnote being late I have been mailed as shipping date for 16 and it was sent few days after and so what ?! As long it arrives safe at home I don't care at all it takes two weeks from Hong Kong to reach France as long I receive it. Patience is the key of life ! XD trust me !

My "encore 09" ayupans will arrive in July now so yeah dun really care lol me I just wish she announce the 49th single and preorder it with album ayupan to reach the free shipping once more lol and before the album ayupan go sold out lol

channy 14th June 2010 08:04 PM

I remember buying a DVD on yeasia.com and it reached me within 4 days, without using EMS! Than I ordered some Ayupan and it took about 8 days. I think, it depends on where you live and how fast your local post office works, as well.

Also, as far as I know, Yesasia ships european orders first to Belgium and from there they ship it to its final destination. They do this to prevent high customs duties.

^ My Yesasia packages come through Germany usually... also the first few times I ordered from there I got the packages pretty fast, but lately it got a lot slower...

visionfactory 14th June 2010 08:46 PM

My last order with YesAsia arrived 3 weeks after the original date planned (1-2 weeks) so I took like a month to arrive! :eviltongu I feel so insecure to buy with YesAsia now! :no

I have to wait days for a reply of my mails to the customer service of YesAsia, when I sent a mail to CDjapan about my order they replied me the next day!

CDjapan >>>> YesAsia

toniayu 14th June 2010 08:54 PM

^my last shopping at yesasia was you were.../ballad and asia tour 2008 but was delayed 1 month O_O,but this i am very nervous, actually i buy at cdjapan
cdjapan>yesasia ^^

Daggi_X 14th June 2010 09:51 PM

There were two orders that arrived 8 (!) weeks after the shipping date, so that was kinda slow. (I live in Germany) But there were also others that arrived within days.

Really?
My experiences with yesasia's customer service were really positive. When I wrote to them about the package that still hadn't arrived, they assumed that it was lost and immediatly gave me my money back. (I felt kinda bad when the package then arrived^^)
And it's also much cheaper to order from when you live in Europe (I think...)

Diego-kun 14th June 2010 11:09 PM

I've been using YesAsia since 2007 and I haven't had any major poblems with them! Once I received a CD with its case broken and not only did they send me a new case but they also gave me a $5 discount coupon :D It's true that lately packages take almost 2 weeks to arrive (I remember that I used to get my orders within one week in 2007...) but they are the cheapest choice if you live in Europe.
