What did you think of Ayu's performance of Crossroad?
 

I just finished watching Ayu's performance of Crossroad on Music Station via a download. OMG...I loved the entire show, and I think I'm going to investigate some of those artists who made it into the Top 5. _(^_^). Ayu's face was funny when she found out that she was on the list...I don't think she was shocked at being Number 3, since she doesn't seem to worry about or compare herself to other artists...maybe she was shocked about how she perceived herself while singing back then during those performances they highlighted? (I think her performance of Trauma was back in 2008.) And I think she discussed her Twitter page with the hosts. (I think she says she used to tweet for 7 hours everyday and now she's cut it down to one hour a day.)

Her performance of Crossroad was GOLD!!! Ayu should sing that song like this all the time...and it was my first exposure to the full version of the song which made me happy. There was a light up cross on the stage....:thud

All in all, this show blew me away and I have a deeper understanding and appreciation of Ayu's crossroad in music.

Her vocals weren't the best in the world, but they were good. I always get emotional when I see her sing, because she pours her heart and soul into it, and it shows. Her passion makes me cry little happy tears every time! I loved it because of that.

And because it is an amazing song imo. The lyrics touches me too...Her performance left me speechless because of that.

It was great, she did an amazing job.
She was very well concentrated, and you heard that in her voice. There was so much passion. I'm so proud of her!
She was kinda relieved when she sang the last words of this song, or she was just amazed that her performance was flawless, like us.

I love the life performance, it really moves me and makes me fall in love with the song even more..
she sang so great! her vibrato also was not all over the places too..haha..

I may seems a fangirl for what I'll say, but I was pretty sad today and seeing her performance gave me a big smile on the face :3
