question about sending mail to Ayu in LA

I know Ayu's address at the L'Ermitage Hotel.
But a lot of ppl are saying that if u send something to her, u need to write "contact Stanley at front desk" but where am I supposed to write that on a mailing envelope? Has anyone sent anything not mentioning and seen Ayu get it anyway?
