Well, who kissess who?
Is Ayumi Hamasaki kissing Ayu or the other way around? And whether it's one thing or the other, for what purpose?
I though I had it totally clear myself, but revisiting the video and notes, now I don't know what to think....

I think that the ayu that was chasing the escaping ayu kissed first :lech Like... she was trying to find out who she was, and when she finds her she found her crying. So yeah... The escaping ayu needed love from ayu herself :yes

I think its the present ayu comforting the past ayu, and the present ayu is the one "treasuring" the other, I guess it's like saying how the present her treasures her past, no matter how it's been. She was chasing the past ayu for the front part, so it's like symbolizing how she can face up to her past now? I think it's the past ayu who disappeared in the end, so it's like just the present ayu reflecting on the past (which is not really there).

Don't know, just speculation on my part~ ;)

Anyhoo, I just thought that she finally accepted her past, no matter how troubling or complicated it was. Basically what Misa-Chan said (since it would sound repetitive if I wrote everything). She was saved by "love" (as the lyrics mentioned), so she has come to love herself now and her past self. Maybe someone from her past saved her with the love, which is why she was able to face her past?

I always thought they were inner Ayu / Ayumi Hamasaki persona ~ public Ayumi Hamasaki.
